Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable crate, and more particularly, it is possible to fix a cable having various diameters when fixing a cable accommodated in a receiving portion, and it is possible to fix a cable without a separate tool, And a cable crate in which there is no fear of a safety accident due to falling of a tool or a fastening means during an operation for fixing the cable.
Generally, cable laying requires the use of a cable crate to secure the cable to the ground line. The cable crate is joined by fastening the upper cable creel having the inner diameter of half circle and the lower cable creel to each other by fastening them with bolts, and pressing the cable to a hole penetrating the body at a constant pressure to constrain the cable.
Cable installed on the underground line generates thermal stress due to heat during actual operation, and the thermal expansion occurs in the outer diameter direction.
And the cables installed on the underground lines are subject to high voltage, which causes vibration. Therefore, a cable crate needs a buffering means capable of absorbing the expansion or vibration of such a cable. In the absence of such a buffering means, there arises a problem that the cable insulator is deformed or the cable creel is fatigued by thermal expansion and vibration of the cable.
In addition, in the process of fastening the upper cable creel to the lower cable creel in order to install the cable at the same high frequency as the telephone pole, fastening parts such as bolts and nuts fall down to the ground and safety accidents may occur.
Prior art related to this is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2002-0074624 (Krit with a rubber plate, Apr. 4, 2002).
It is an object of the present invention to provide a cable creel which can easily carry out the operation of restricting a cable without requiring a separate working tool in the cable creel.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cable crate capable of absorbing vibration generated by application of an ultra high voltage to a cable by fixing a cable that is seated in a receiving portion of a support using a fixing band capable of a predetermined elastic deformation have.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a cable crate which is free from damage due to thermal expansion of the cable.
In order to solve the above problems,
The present invention relates to a cable connector comprising a support portion having a neck portion extended to a lower portion of a receiving portion on which a cable is seated and an arm portion formed on both sides of the neck portion and having a fastening hole formed therethrough, And a fixed band that can be adjusted in length.
The receiving portion includes a fixing protrusion formed on one side thereof and a through hole formed on one side of the fixing band, into which the fixing protrusion is inserted.
A fastening portion formed on the other side of the fixing band and a fastening means formed on the other side of the receiving portion to fasten the fastening portion.
The fastening means is provided with an insertion hole formed at the other side of the receiving portion and into which the other side portion of the fastening band is inserted, and a fastening piece provided movably laterally in the insertion hole and being able to be brought into close contact with the fastening portion.
Wherein the fixing means comprises a recessed groove formed on one side wall surface inside the insertion hole and
And an elastic member provided in the depressed recess and elastically supporting the retaining member toward the other side of the insertion hole.
The latching piece may further include a latching protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the latching piece toward the latching portion.
The engaging portion has a recessed portion and a recessed portion repeatedly formed on the surface of the fixed band.
According to the solution of the above problems,
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is advantageous in that it is possible to easily carry out a work of restraining a cable without requiring a separate working tool in the cable creel.
The present invention also has the effect of preventing durability degradation by absorbing vibration generated by application of an ultra-high voltage to a cable by fixing a cable that is seated in a receiving portion of the support using a fixing band capable of a predetermined elastic deformation.
The present invention also has an effect that there is no fear of breakage due to thermal expansion of the cable.

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, a detailed description of known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present invention will be omitted.
And embodiments of the present invention are provided to more fully describe the present invention to those skilled in the art.
Accordingly, the shapes and sizes of the elements in the drawings and the like can be exaggerated for clarity.

Thus, by using the cable creel according to the present invention, when the cable is fixed to the cable creel in a cable installation work at a high place such as a telephone pole, the cable can be fixed without a separate work tool, There is an advantage to be able to perform.
Also, there is an advantageous effect that the durability of the cable crate can be prevented from being lowered due to heat generation, thermal expansion, and vibration of the cable generated when an ultra high voltage is applied to the cable.
