상기 거주자 우선주차구역에 대해서 등록되어 있는 거주자의 단말기로 주차 승인 여부를 묻는 메시지를 전송하는 주차승인 문의단계와,
상기 거주자의 단말기로부터 주차 승인 답신이 오면 상기 주차요청인의 단말기로 주차료 결제정보를 전송하고 주차료 결제처리를 수행하는 주차료 결제단계와,
주차료 결제가 완료되면 해당 주차구역에 대해서 상기 차량번호를 포함하는 주차등록정보를 등록하는 주차등록단계
