Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles comprising a hypericinine and / or a hypermicinene and / or a mixture thereof and / or a mixture thereof, more specifically, it can be safely used without side effects on the skin, And a composition having a genase activity inhibiting effect.
Skin is the largest tissue in the human body and plays a primary role in protecting the skin from external stimuli as a primary barrier. However, the skin of a person is exposed to chemical and physical stimuli, which causes the normal function of the skin to be deteriorated and problems, thereby promoting the aging of the skin and causing skin damage. Skin wrinkles are one of the aging of such skin. Generally, it is known that skin wrinkles are generated by a complex action of various factors such as moisture content of skin, collagen content and immunity against external environment. Among these factors, collagenase, which is the collagenase which decreases collagen production and collagen content, has the greatest influence on the formation of wrinkles.
Various compositions have been conventionally used to inhibit wrinkling of the skin as described above. For example, various extracts extracted from L-ascorbic acid and its derivatives, hydroquinone, arbutin, licorice, and herbal extracts are used as wrinkle removers. However, L-ascorbic acid is easily oxidized to cause irritation to the skin. The cosmetic composition containing the L-ascorbic acid causes discoloration and irregularity, and the substances derived from the plant extract have a strong effect on the homogeneity of the product .
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic composition which is free from adverse effects on the skin and which contains a hypermycinogen and / or hyperinsin and / or a mixture thereof and / ≪ / RTI >
The present invention provides a cosmetic composition selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by the following formulas (1) and (2), which is excellent in wrinkle-reducing effect.
Gomisin A and gomisin N are components of schizandra chinensis Baillin, a deciduous vine plant of the buttercups.
The present invention provides a wrinkle-improving composition comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds represented by the formulas (1) and (2) as an active ingredient.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention has an excellent wrinkle-reducing effect and has little skin irritation to the human body, so that the safety of the product is excellent, so that it can be effectively used as a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising gomisin A (CAS No. 58546-54-6), gomisin N, schizandrin B, CAS No. 66211-45-8, 69176- 52-9) and / or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient.
The hypericinine and / or hypermisinin and / or the mixture and / or mixture thereof of the present invention is excellent in wrinkle-reducing effect through inhibition of collagenase activity and promotion of collagen synthesis. Therefore, the hypericinine and / or hyperminogen ene and / or mixtures thereof and / or mixtures thereof are useful as a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles. In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention does not show a clear appearance in the skin cumulative stimulation test, and is safe for human skin.
And / or a mixture thereof, which is contained in the preparation of ointment for external use or cosmetic preparation comprising the hypericinine and / or hypermisinin and / or a mixture thereof and / or a mixture thereof, And / or the mixture thereof is 0.00001 to 10.0% by weight, preferably 0.001 to 1.0% by weight, based on the total amount of the composition. If the content of the microsomal A and / or hyperinsin and / or the mixture thereof and / or the mixture thereof is less than 0.00001% by weight based on the total amount of the composition, no significant effect can be expected. If the content exceeds 10.0% by weight, , There was no significant increase in the effect.
The components contained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention include components commonly used in cosmetic compositions in addition to the super microin and / or super microin and / or the mixture thereof and / or the mixture thereof as the active ingredient, , Stabilizers, solubilizers, vitamins, customary adjuvants such as pigments and perfumes, and carriers.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention can be prepared into any of the formulations conventionally produced in the art and can be used as a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, a paste, a gel, a cream, a lotion, a powder, a soap, , Oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation and spray, but is not limited thereto. More specifically, it can be manufactured in the form of a flexible lotion, a convergent lotion, a nutritional lotion, a nutritional cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, a cleansing water, a pack, a spray or a powder.
When the formulation of the present invention is a paste, cream or gel, an animal oil, vegetable oil, wax, paraffin, starch, tracant, cellulose derivative, polyethylene glycol, silicone, bentonite, silica, talc or zinc oxide may be used as the carrier component .
When the formulation of the present invention is a powder or a spray, lactose, talc, silica, aluminum hydroxide, calcium silicate or polyamide powder may be used as a carrier component. In the case of a spray, in particular, / Propane or dimethyl ether.
When the formulation of the present invention is a solution or an emulsion, a solvent, a dissolving agent or an emulsifying agent is used as a carrier component, and examples thereof include water, ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl carbonate, ethyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, , 3-butyl glycol oil, glycerol aliphatic ester, polyethylene glycol or sorbitan fatty acid esters.
In the case where the formulation of the present invention is a suspension, a carrier such as water, a liquid diluent such as ethanol or propylene glycol, a suspending agent such as ethoxylated isostearyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester and polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester, Cellulose, aluminum metahydroxide, bentonite, agar or tracant, etc. may be used.
When the formulation of the present invention is an interfacial active agent-containing cleansing, the carrier component may include aliphatic alcohol sulfate, aliphatic alcohol ether sulfate, sulfosuccinic acid monoester, isethionate, imidazolinium derivative, methyltaurate, sarcosinate, fatty acid amide Ether sulfates, alkylamidobetaines, aliphatic alcohols, fatty acid glycerides, fatty acid diethanolamides, vegetable oils, lanolin derivatives or ethoxylated glycerol fatty acid esters.
Experimental Example 1
Wrinkle-improving effect test at the cellular level
The effect of improving the wrinkles can be generally measured as collagen biosynthesis performance, inhibition of collagenase degradation and human clinical trials.
Human normal fibroblasts were inoculated into a 6-well microplate containing DMEM medium (2 x 10 5 cells / well) and cultured in a 5% CO 2 incubator at 37 ° C for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the medium was removed from each well, samples were treated at different concentrations, and then cultured again for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the cell culture medium was collected to prepare a sample.
The amount of collagen synthesis was measured by using a procollagen type I C-peptide (type I C-peptide) in a cell culture medium using a collagen measurement kit (Procollagen type I C-peptide EIA kit (MK101), Takara, : PICP) was measured and analyzed.
An antibody against collagenase was used as a method for measuring the activity of collagenase degrading collagen. The collagenase activity was measured using a Type I collagenase assay kit (Amersham Biosciences, RPN2629) and the absorbance was measured with an ELISA reader. The measured values were expressed as mean ㅁ standard deviation and the significance was tested by t-test using SPSS / PC + program. The results are shown in Table 2 below.
As shown in Table 2, hyperamycin A and hyperinsin increased collagen synthesis in a concentration-dependent manner and inhibited collagenase activity in a concentration-dependent manner. Thus, it was found that the hypericinine and / or hyperminogen ene and / or mixtures thereof have wrinkle-reducing effects.
