The demand for a high energy secondary battery that can be used for a long period of time based on high energy density and a high output secondary battery capable of high charge / discharge characteristics are explosively increasing. Future small electronic devices, medium and large sized electric vehicles and energy storage devices Research and development of anode active material which can replace graphite (theoretical capacity, 372 mAh / g) for the rapid development of energy storage system (ESS) industry has been actively carried out. Alternative anode active materials include Si, Ge, and Sn, which form a lithium-metal alloy, and TiO 2 And a Ti-based oxide material such as Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 . The lithium-alloy anode has a high theoretical capacity, but the problem of long-life stability and stability has arisen due to excessive volume expansion due to alloying. Ti-based oxide materials have excellent long life characteristics due to high structural stability, (175 mAh / g), it is necessary to develop a next-generation anode active material having a higher capacity and at the same time improving long-life characteristics and stability. Recently, attention has been greatly increased for CoO, Co 3 O 4 , Fe 2 O 3 , and Mn 3 O 4 based metal oxide anode active materials, which simultaneously improve high capacity and long life characteristics. In the case of the metal oxide cathode described above, it is known to cause a conversion reaction with lithium, unlike the conventional cathode material which performs intercalation and deintercalation reactions. In particular, CoO has a high theoretical capacity value of 716 mAh / g by reacting one cobalt ion with two lithium ions through CoO + 2Li + + 2e ↔ Li 2 O + Co reaction. However, unlike lithium insertion / desorption process in a stable host structure, the conversion reaction is not excellent in high-rate characteristics due to the decomposition and recombination reaction of the host structure itself. Therefore, And the like. In order to overcome such a problem, it is important to produce nanomaterials having excellent reactivity with lithium and high-rate characteristics while minimizing stress strain occurring during the reaction, and it is important to synthesize materials having structural stability in porous carbon nanofibers .

In addition, since the conversion reaction of CoO during charging and discharging causes a reaction in the conductive carbon material capable of buffering the structural change of CoO, it can have a high speed charge / discharge characteristic and long life characteristic.
