Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a continuous tundish continuous temperature measuring device for continuously measuring the temperature of the molten steel in the tundish in the field of steelmaking.
Steel processes consist of numerous processes in detail. Steel companies are working hard to shorten process turnaround times, because they can save billions of dollars annually, even if processing time is reduced by just one minute in any one of many steel processes.
The steel process is largely composed of a steelmaking-steel-casting-rolling process. "The iron making process" is a process of producing molten iron, which is a process of melting iron ore by melting iron ore and cokes in a blast furnace having a height of about 100 m and burning coke with a hot wind of about 1200 degrees. . Since the molten iron has a high carbon content and impurities such as phosphorus or sulfur, the molten iron is put together with the scrap iron and the molten iron in the converter, and then pure oxygen is blown to filter out the impurities. This produces molten steel that is clean and water, which is called "steelmaking process". The "casting process" is a process of injecting liquid molten steel into a mold, cooling and solidifying it through a continuous casting machine to form an intermediate material. The "rolling process" is the process of making a steel sheet or wire by stretching or thinning the intermediate material produced by the playing process between several rotating rolls and applying a continuous force.
In particular, in the playing process, the molten steel that has completed the steelmaking process is moved in a ladle, the molten steel is supplied to a tundish, and the molten steel is discharged by a continuous casting machine. It is installed for the purpose of adjusting the quality by performing buffering role of storing and floating separation of nonmetallic inclusions. Since the temperature of tundish molten steel has a great influence on the quality of the product during the production process of producing slab, which is an intermediate material, it is very important to measure molten steel temperature quickly, accurately and continuously.
1 is a view showing a conventional continuous temperature measuring device installed in the playing tundish. An existing thermocouple (TC, Thermocouple) 10 is fixed and installed by a
On the other hand, the

6 is a front view and an exploded view showing the fastening means and the thermocouple shown in FIG. (a) is a front view, (b) is an exploded view. Referring to FIG. 6, the fastening means 140 includes a
Fastening means 140 is a female threaded
The process of coupling the
