Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pyrolysis apparatus for combustible wastes, which is capable of thermally decomposing flammable wastes in a high temperature, anoxic, or low oxygen atmosphere to reduce thermal emissions and improve yield and function.
In recent years, as the society shows rapid industrialization and urbanization, the amount of waste is also greatly increasing. Among them, the amount of hardly decomposable wastes of chemical synthetic substances harmful to human body including synthetic resins, which are difficult to process, has been increasing rapidly every year.
That is, emissions of livestock waste emitted from food waste and livestock farms that contain a lot of water due to the increase of hardly decomposable waste due to industrial development and diversification of food culture have been greatly increased.
Accordingly, there are many concerns about environmental pollution such as air, water quality, and soil caused by various pollutants generated during waste disposal. Especially, air pollution emission gas generated during incineration of waste, for example, dioxin (poly) Many efforts have been made to inhibit chlorinated dibenzo dioxins and PCDD compounds.
In particular, all existing waste treatment methods by incineration are direct fires that directly incinerate the waste and incinerate the waste. Therefore, the waste may be discharged due to various factors such as the amount of waste loaded, density, moisture content, incinerator size, and heating temperature. Is completely impossible to burn. As a result, there is a limit to the suppression of air pollution emission gases including soot and dust.
As such, the incineration treatment method faces a decrease in efficiency, a disposal cost, and a limitation of space. Thus, most of the wastes are landfilled or illegally disposed.
As a result, soil and groundwater are seriously contaminated due to leachate from food waste and industrial waste, and river water is seriously polluted due to unauthorized discharge of livestock wastewater.
In order to dispose of such wastes, a pyrolysis device has recently been applied. In the conventional pyrolysis device, a predetermined amount of waste is introduced into a pyrolysis chamber in a batch manner, and a lid is closed to apply high temperature heat from outside. As the pyrolysis chamber is heated to a predetermined temperature, a batch method is adopted in which the waste is pyrolyzed and converted into liquid, gas and solid materials.
However, the batch type pyrolysis method has a lot of difficulties in pyrolysis of wastes in which various substances are mixed, and especially when foreign substances (supernatant, soil, nonferrous metals, etc.) are mixed, the heat transfer is not performed smoothly. There is a problem falling.
The present invention for solving this problem is related to the continuous input of a flammable waste by a predetermined amount to indirectly heat in a high temperature, anoxic or low oxygen atmosphere to perform heat transfer smoothly to improve the yield and function .
In addition, the present invention relates to maximizing the thermal contact area which is indirectly contacted during the pyrolysis of waste, thereby improving the efficiency by increasing the pyrolysis rate of the waste.
In order to solve the above problems, the pyrolysis body is provided with a pyrolysis screw for transporting, melting and vaporizing the waste, including a pyrolysis chamber installed on the outside of the pyrolyzer body to continuously pyrolyze the waste by indirect heating, The pyrolyzer body is provided with a pyrolysis device for combustible wastes which is formed to be expanded stepwise along the supply direction of the wastes.
The pyrolysis device for combustible wastes according to the present invention configured as described above has the following effects.
First, the thermal contact speed can be maximized by maximizing the thermal contact area during the pyrolysis of waste, which significantly improves the workability of the pyrolysis device, and the labor cost can be drastically reduced by automating the process of transferring, drying and pyrolyzing the waste. have.
Second, by continuously injecting a solid or liquid flammable waste by a predetermined amount, it is indirectly heated in a high temperature, anoxic or low oxygen atmosphere to thermally decompose and the carbonized material discharged during pyrolysis can be continuously discharged. Greatly improves the competitiveness of the industry.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 shows a pyrolysis system equipped with a pyrolysis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown, the pyrolysis system of the present embodiment is a pyrolysis device for drying the waste contained in the crushed waste and then pyrolysis by heating the dried waste, a gas reformer for removing chlorine from the pyrolysis gas generated during the pyrolysis of the waste (500) ), A
The pyrolysis principle used in the pyrolysis apparatus of the present embodiment configured as described above is that when a flammable waste is indirectly heated in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen atmosphere, a pyrolysis space is formed in a reducing atmosphere, and the waste is decomposed and evaporated into a gas or a liquid. It will remain char.
That is, it can be seen that waste (meaning a flammable polymer compound) + heat = gas (non-condensing gas) + liquid (refined oil) + solid (char).
1 and 2, the pyrolysis apparatus of this embodiment includes a
At this time, one side of the drying means 100 is provided with a

The drying means 100 thermally decomposes the combustible waste introduced from the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
As shown in FIG. 3B, the
The
In addition, a
On the other hand, the
In this embodiment, the temperature for pyrolyzing the combustible waste is made between 350 to 500 ℃, this temperature is the internal temperature of the
The drying means 100 is located on the upper side of the pyrolysis means 200 to reduce the amount of heat and heat to increase the pyrolysis temperature for heating the waste introduced into the pyrolysis means 200 in the state of evaporation of moisture in a small area It is configured to handle a large amount of waste.
The evaporated water is generated as gas for combustion gas of 800 ° C. or higher after passing through the cooling device and the compression device through the
Pyrolysis means 200 has a
Outside the
Meanwhile, C 3 H 8 , C 5 H 12 (propane gas, butane gas) is mainly used as a light gas having less carbon ring condensation among pyrolysis gases generated during pyrolysis of wastes. In the lower side, a
Like the
At this time, the inlet side of the
The
As such, in the present embodiment, the drying means 100 and the pyrolysis means 200 are arranged in multiple stages up and down, and in this case, when the
At the end of the
On the other hand, the screw for drying and pyrolysis work is installed horizontally but there is a mechanical defect that can not be lengthened indefinitely due to the thermal warpage phenomenon, in this embodiment the pyrolysis means 200 and drying means 100 for preliminary pyrolysis By arranging multiple stages up and down, it is possible to proceed pyrolysis work stably and quickly.
That is, in the present embodiment, the drying means and the pyrolysis means are arranged in two stages up and down, but when it is necessary to process a large amount of waste as shown in FIG. 5, the drying means 100 'and the pyrolysis means 200' are three stages. Of course, it can also be formed in more than one stage. At this time, the drying screw 120 'and the pyrolysis screw 220' may be configured to rotate in pairs are arranged side by side in the interior of the dryer body 110 'and the pyrolyzer body 210' in order to increase the process efficiency. have.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the drive motor for rotating each screw is selected one of a VS motor, a DC motor, a geared motor equipped with an inverter so as to variably adjust the thermal decomposition rate of waste by adjusting the rotational speed of each screw. .
Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 4, the pyrolysis apparatus of this embodiment includes an automatic metering means 300 for quantifying waste introduced into the pyrolysis means between the drying means and the pyrolysis means, and the quantified waste as the pyrolysis means. An automatic feeding means 400 for feeding is further provided.
The automatic metering means 300 is provided with a
The automatic metering means 300 is located in the middle of the drying means 100 and the pyrolysis means 200 to independently block the outside air while being independent from the thermal expansion of the drying means 100 and the thermal expansion of the pyrolysis means 200. The flexible joint 330 is installed at both the upper and lower ends of the
That is, a device capable of measuring the quantity of waste discharged from the drying means 100 is independently present, and continuously measures the amount of waste discharged by drying continuously from the drying means 100 to the pyrolysis means 200, By interlocking the drying means 100 by the electrical signal from the
As shown in FIG. 4, the automatic input means 400 includes an
At least one
The
The conventional slide gate is exposed to the problem that when the sliding operation of the slider is inserted into the gate body through the end of the slider during the operation of the flammable waste containing fine foreign matter or long foreign matter is exposed.
In view of this point, in the present embodiment, an
That is, the
Hereinafter, the pyrolysis method of the combustible wastes according to the present invention will be described.
Solid combustible wastes including general and industrial wastes are crushed to a predetermined size in the crusher after the arrival, and then soil, dust, etc. are removed through a sorting machine, and some wastes selected by selecting non-ferrous metals are recycled. The sorted combustible waste is transferred to a mill and comminuted to a relatively small size.
The pulverized combustible waste is introduced into the drying means 100 through the
On the other hand, the waste transported to the
That is, when the waste is automatically injected into the
On the other hand, the heat source that indirectly heats the waste is supplied from the high
At this time, the
On the other hand, the waste is transported to the outlet side along the transfer space formed in a circular shape on the lower side of the
