Recently, with the rapid development of digital technologies such as digital image compression and digital modulation and demodulation, standardization and commercialization of digital broadcasting have been rapidly developed. In this situation, the set-top box receiving the digital broadcast restores the broadcast program selected by the user to the original A / V (Audio / Video) data using a decoder provided in the receiver, and then outputs an A / V output device such as a general television. In this case, the user can selectively watch a broadcast program.

On the other hand, the standardization of digital broadcasting is progressing variously, and various technical developments are being conducted in the fields of transmission of digital signals through a broadcasting network, multiplexing of data, processing video and audio signals, and display of digital television. Digital broadcasting can compress information data compared to analog broadcasting, and has high transmission speed and excellent sound quality and image quality. In addition, unlike analog broadcasting, digital broadcasting has an advantage of enabling efficient use of frequency by digital modulation. Thus, various information can be broadcast through hundreds of channels, and the viewer can access various information through the television.

In particular, digital broadcasting can implement interactive television (interactive television) through a data service. Interactive television allows viewers to interact with broadcast programs beyond just channeling, volume, and video manipulation. Thus, payment, banking, shopping, booking, game forum, and the like can be performed. In particular, as the number of channels increases through digital broadcasting, shopping service is expected as a killer application in the digital broadcasting era, but it does not yet take advantage of digital broadcasting.

On the other hand, digital set-top boxes such as the iPhone and iPad provide users with the ability to conveniently carry voice calls or make video calls, as well as the ability to input and output a variety of information (data) and the Internet. It's a handheld device with features that let you specify what data you have, and where you can specify data.

As the digital set-top box is diversified, the digital set-top box has complicated functions such as taking a picture or a video, playing a music file or a video file, playing a game, receiving a broadcast, or wireless internet, and is being implemented as a comprehensive multimedia device. In addition, recently, various additional services using a communication function have been provided by a digital set-top box implemented in the form of such a multimedia device. As such an additional service, a location based service (LBS) has been actively proposed by mounting a GPS module in a digital set-top box. Accordingly, it is possible to use a digital set-top box as a car navigation system or to provide augmented reality.

Conventionally, in order to order a product in the home shopping broadcasting, you have to dial the number displayed on the screen and make an order payment and a delivery address setting. This is true even when ordering various delivery products (eg, food) in daily life. As described above, in a digital set-top box, various information such as restaurants and restaurants are provided through digital broadcasting value-added services. In the end, the purchase is made through a voice call.

However, such a conventional method is cumbersome for the buyer because it has to go through a plurality of steps instead of one stop at a time, especially if the buyer has a difficult phone call or a buyer with a language impairment, there are many difficulties in using the service. In addition, the cost of supporting a phone call must be input from the seller's point of view, for example, to establish a call center or to receive a phone call and enter information.

Accordingly, in the technical field, in order to make various delivery orders such as home shopping purchase order or food order through digital set-top box, it is possible to provide the benefit to both buyer and seller by completing the order one-stop without additional procedure such as telephone call. There is a need for the development of technology.
