Abstract

Claims (2)

문양이 형성된 필름의 상부면에 경화제 8~12중량%와 희석용제 28~32중량%가 혼합된 투명잉크로 실크 스크린 인쇄하여 1도층을 형성한 후 건조하는 1도 인쇄과정;
상기 1도가 인쇄된 필름의 상부면에 경화제 8~12중량%와 희석용제 8~12중량%가 혼합된 컬러잉크로 실크 스크린 인쇄하여 2도층을 형성한 후 건조하는 2도 인쇄과정;
상기 2도가 인쇄된 필름의 상부면에 경화제 8~12중량%와 희석용제 8~12중량%가 혼합된 컬러잉크로 실크 스크린 인쇄하여 3도층을 형성한 후 건조하는 3도 인쇄과정;
상기 3도가 인쇄된 필름의 상부면에 경화제 8~12중량%와 희석용제 28~32중량%가 혼합된 투명잉크로 실크 스크린 인쇄하여 4도층을 형성한 후 건조하는 4도 인쇄과정;
상기 4도가 인쇄된 필름의 상부면에 희석용제 32~38중량%가 혼합된 접착제로 실크 스크린 인쇄하여 5도층을 형성한 후 건조하는 5도 인쇄과정;
금형에 5도층까지 형성된 필름을 놓고 합성수지재를 투입하여 사출성형되는 휴대기기 케이스의 외측에 필름을 일체로 부착하는 부착과정;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대기기 케이스 제조방법.

A 4-degree printing process of forming a 4-degree layer by silk screen printing a transparent ink in which 8 to 12 wt% of a curing agent and 28 to 32 wt% of a diluent solvent are mixed on the upper surface of the 3 degree printed film;
A 5-degree printing process of forming a 5-degree layer by silk screen printing the adhesive with a mixed solvent of 32 to 38% by weight on the upper surface of the 4-degree printed film;
A method of manufacturing a mobile device case comprising: a step of attaching a film integrally to an outer side of a mobile device case to be injected by placing a film formed up to 5 degrees in a mold and putting a synthetic resin material.
