According to a preferred feature of the present invention, the first hair dye mixture is composed of L-lysine aqueous solution, first chelating agent, dye, antioxidant, humectant, alkali agent, conditioning agent, thickener, flavoring agent and purified water.
According to a more preferred feature of the invention, the L- lysine aqueous solution is 50% of the concentration of L- lysine, it is supposed to contain 0.2 to 9 parts by weight.
According to a more preferred feature of the invention, the first chelating agent is to be made of one or more selected from the group consisting of 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of EDTA-2Na and 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of EDTA-4Na.

The permanent hair dye composition containing L-lysine according to the present invention has less scalp stimulation and hair damage, is filled in the hair damage site, has excellent dyeing efficiency, and exhibits an excellent effect of not releasing a pungent odor.
