Abstract

An insulator split pin handling device is provided. The transmission insulator split pin handling device is inserted into the ring portion of the split pin and separates the split pin from the transmission insulator. It includes a pin insertion portion.

Description

Power transmission insulator split pin handling device {APPARATUS FOR HANDLING SPLIT PIN OF INSULATOR}

The present invention relates to a transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus.

Split pins are used to secure the insulator caps and pin connections. Here, the split pin is inserted into or removed from the insulator using a screwdriver or a pliers without using a dedicated device.

In the case of transmission insulators, the split pins can be combined and separated by using a screwdriver or pliers, but in the case of power transmission inner insulators, the split pins are located inside the insulator's round shade. Carelessness can destroy an insider. Accordingly, there is a need for a dedicated mechanism for engaging and separating the split pins used in the transmission insulator.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings, parts irrelevant to the description are omitted in order to clearly describe the present invention, and like reference numerals designate like parts throughout the specification.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a view showing a transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

2 is a view showing another side of the transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus shown in FIG.

1 and 2, the transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pin separating part 110, a connecting part 140, and a pin inserting part 150.

The pin separating unit 110 separates the split pin 300 from the transmission insulator 200. Here, the pin separating unit 110 may be inserted into the ring 310 of the split pin 300 to separate the split pin 300 from the transmission insulator 200. The pin separating part 110 may include a hook part 120 and an extension part 130.

Herein, the pin separating unit 110 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 3.

3 is a view for explaining the function of the pin separation unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The hook part 120 is inserted into the ring 310 of the split pin 300. The hook portion 120 may be formed to a diameter corresponding to the ring 310 of the split pin 300. For example, the hook portion 120 may be pointed like an awl and inserted into the ring 310 of the split pin 300.

The extension 130 connects the hook part 120 and the connection part 140. The extension 130 may be bent to extend from the connecting portion 140. In this case, the extension part 130 may be formed to be bent toward the top from the lower portion of the transmission insulator 200 so that the hook portion 120 is inserted into the ring 310 of the split pin 300. For example, the extension portion 130 may be formed by bending the portion “b” again to “b” shape to pull out the split pin 300 to the hook portion 120.

The extension 130 may be hit by an external force to transmit a force to the pin insert 150 when the split pin 300 is inserted. In addition, when the split pin 300 is pulled out, the extension part 130 may contact a part bent at the cap portion of the transmission insulator 200 and then transmit a force to the hook part 120 inserted into the split pin 300. have. Through this, the pin separating unit 110 may remove the split pin 300 from the transmission insulator 200 by transmitting a force to the hook portion 120 by the lever principle.

The connection part 140 is connected to the pin separation part 110 and extends in one direction. In this case, the connection part 140 may be connected to the extension part 130 and extend straight.

Herein, the pin separating unit 110 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 4.

4 is a view for explaining the function of the pin insertion unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The pin insertion unit 150 inserts the split pin 300 into the transmission insulator 200. Here, the pin insertion unit 150 may press the ring 310 of the split pin 300 to insert the split pin 300 into the transmission insulator 200. In addition, the pin insertion unit 150 may be connected to the connection unit 140 to be bent for insertion of the split pin 300. The pin insertion part 150 may include a pin receiving groove 160 for receiving the split pin 300.

The pin receiving groove 160 accommodates the ring 310 of the split pin 300. Here, the pin receiving groove 160 may be formed as a groove concave inward from one end of the pin insertion portion 150. The pin receiving groove 160 may be formed to a diameter to accommodate the ring 310 of the split pin 300. For example, the pin receiving groove 160 may be formed of a socket configured to auditly push the ring 310 of the split pin 300.

Meanwhile, each of the pin separation unit 110, the connection unit 140, and the pin insertion unit 150 may be made of metal.

The transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may facilitate coupling and separation of the transmission insulator and the split pin. And the transmission insulator split pin handling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention can not only improve the work efficiency during installation and maintenance work of the transmission insulator can also improve the construction quality.

The foregoing description is merely illustrative of the technical idea of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention.
