Description

Filtering apparatus

The present specification relates to a filter device used for water purification.

Generally, the filter device used for a water purifier etc. contains a filter housing and the filter accommodated in the said filter housing. An upper portion of the filter housing is provided with an inlet through which raw water is introduced and an outlet through which purified raw water is discharged. The filter device is mounted on a structure such as a filter holder of a water purifier to purify raw water.

Even when the filter holder and the filter device are tightly coupled, water leakage continues as the water purification continues for a long time.

Conventionally, in order to prevent leakage, a hole is cut in a filter holder or a filter device, and a ring-shaped sealing member is placed in the groove to close the water leakage by narrowing the distance between the filter holder and the filter device. It was hard to secure.

An object of this embodiment is to provide a filter device for minimizing the occurrence of water leakage in a state in which the filter device is coupled to the filter holder.

Filter apparatus according to the embodiment includes a filter head having one or more water pipes; At least one seating surface formed stepped along the inner surface of the water pipe; And a filter device including a sealing surface including a contact surface to be seated on the seating surface and a through hole through which water passes.

According to the proposed embodiment, the sealing head is provided on one side of the coupling part to which the filter head and the filter holder are coupled to block leakage that may occur in the coupling part. In addition, by providing a ring-shaped sealing member in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the coupling portion, it is possible to double the leakage.

By performing double blocking with the sealing member and the sealing packing, the length of the coupling part is shortened, and the effect of blocking leakage is further excellent.

In addition, the sealing packing is fixed to the fixing grooves formed in the filter header while the filter head is directed downward based on the direction of gravity, even if the sealing seal is not removed and the leakage blocking effect can be improved.
