Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat resistant cone of a heat exchanger for waste heat recovery.
In general, waste heat recovery apparatus and waste heat recovery system are used in various technical fields. It is possible to recover the heat energy (exhaust gas, process gas, etc.) discharged after consuming the energy required for operation from a certain device or the like, thereby improving the overall energy efficiency. A heat recovery device for recovering the thermal energy (waste heat) of the exhaust gas discharged from an incineration plant or urinary tract of industrial waste, or a steam generator is installed in a waste gas pipe through which waste gas from an engine such as a large ship flows. Increasing energy efficiency through waste heat recovery, such as recovering and utilizing it, has been used in various fields.
In particular, in order to recover ethylene after thermal cracking of naphtha in the ethylene production process, the first heat exchanger and the first Two heat exchangers are installed. The naphtha feed is heated in the furnace at about 860 degrees and the pyrolyzed process gas is cooled to about 600 degrees after passing through the first heat exchanger and then transferred to the second heat exchanger. Boiled feed water (BFW) is injected into the first heat exchanger made of a double pipe to recover heat, thereby generating steam and recovering waste heat. In this waste heat recovery process, the point where the process gas of high temperature of 860 ° C and the BFW of 300 ° C meet is due to a crack due to thermal fatigue due to a large temperature difference, and cone type steam is injected at the entrance of the first heat exchanger So as to perform a buffering action by the temperature difference. However, the buffering action through the injection of steam causes a problem of increased manufacturing cost due to continuous use of steam, the occurrence of cracks due to uneven steam injection due to misalignment of the baffle plate at the outlet part during steam injection, and There is a problem that the load of the post-stage process is increased by joining the process gas by steam injection.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve the durability of the associated member, such as a pipe connected to the heat exchanger through the buffering action of the rapid temperature change due to high temperature process gas injection and cooling and To provide a heat-resistant cone of the heat exchanger for smooth waste heat recovery.

According to the present invention, a separate steam injection step is eliminated by forming a refractory inside the heat resistant cone for buffering the temperature difference caused by the contact of the hot process gas with the relatively low temperature BFW, thereby reducing the cost of the entire system operation. Therefore, there is an effect of improving the energy productivity according to the waste heat recovery.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The heat
The
The
The
An
Between the
The
The
The
Although the present invention has been described in detail through specific examples, this is for explaining the present invention in detail, and the heat-resistant cone of the heat exchanger for waste heat recovery according to the present invention is not limited thereto, and within the technical spirit of the present invention.
