Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of electroforming a carbon nanotube, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube by coating a carbon nanotube on a non-conductive substrate, A carbon nanotube coating film.
The Electroforming Method is a method of manufacturing a metal product by electrodeposition or a method of making a duplicate product by depositing a metal to a certain thickness on a model (called "mandrel") by electrolysis of a metal salt solution When this electrodeposited layer is peeled off from the model, a negative preform with a completely opposite shape is obtained. In addition, if the metal is peeled off by repeatedly performing the same operation by peeling the surface of the preform of the sound piece which is peeled off from the model, the positive preform having exactly the same shape as the model can be obtained. If you repeat the same operation with the sound model, you can make many replicas exactly like the model.
The characteristics of this electrochemical method are as follows: First, the electrochemical properties such as hardness and tensile strength of the electrodeposited metal can be varied to obtain a wide range of physical properties. Second, the dimensional error can be reduced to about 2.5. Third, if the electrolytic cell is large enough, there is no limit to the size of the preform. Fourth, products with complex shapes that can not be made by other methods can be made in one operation. Fifth, since a high-purity metal product or plate can be produced, it is possible to easily make electric parts (printed circuit boards), etc., and can be applied to mass production in a single operation. Based on these advantages, the present Jeonju method is applied to the manufacture of duplicate, electrodeposition, electrodeposition assembly, electrodeposition coating, and mold manufacturing.
