Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an arcing horn.
When overvoltage caused by lightning strikes on the transmission line, flashover occurs in the child's drill. At this time, the insulator is damaged by the arc generated during the flashover phenomenon. That is, the insulator breaks or the insulation performance is extremely degraded, which lowers the insulation characteristics of the transmission line. Accordingly, in order to protect the insulator from lightning strikes, arcing horns of various standards are installed according to the number of insulators of the insulator device.
Arching horns installed on the 154kV overhead power transmission line for the purpose of protecting insulators maintain pre-set horn spacing, but arcing horns for insulators cannot be adjusted in length, so the arcing horns can be used in various sizes according to the number of insulators. I buy it and use it. In addition, the minimum spacing of the arcing horn of the overhead transmission line installed on the insulated drill line is a design value that is maintained only in the horizontal or vertical state without curvature of the insulator line. Failure to break the insulator or reduce the fastness of the insulator will cause disruption of the power supply.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an arcing horn that can perform a length correction operation in a short time regardless of the number of insulators in one standard.
According to an aspect of the present invention, an arcing horn is provided.
The arcing horn, which protects the insulator from flashover, has one side coupled to the insulator and the other side extending from one side and bent, and the other end branched into the first and second branches to provide an insertion portion between the first and second branches. And a first connector having a first long hole in each of the first and second branches and a mounting hole at one side thereof, which is inserted into an insertion part of the first connector and is coupled to the first connector by a coupling member. It includes.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, extending in one direction and having a second long hole, coupled to each of the first connector and the second connector using a coupling member, the coupling length of the first connector and the second connector is extended. It may further include an auxiliary bracket.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second long hole may have a variable width and may be formed long in the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary bracket.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second long hole may be formed to be bent side by a variable width.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first connector may further include at least one fastening position mark indicating a fastening position of the coupling member.
Arching horn according to an embodiment of the present invention can be installed in the insulator device on the transmission line can be easily adjusted to maintain the correct interval. In addition, the arcing horn is easy to install and adjust the spacing for the convenience of the operator, it is possible to reduce the work time and manpower. In addition, the arcing horn can be used as a standardized standard, so that it is easy to attach to various types of insulator devices such as a suspension insulator device and a built-in insulator device.
