Description

Remote jig for laser welding}Remote jig for laser welding

The present invention relates to a remote jig for laser welding, and more particularly, a gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm between materials of a welding point when constructing an outer jig in laser welding two sheets of galvanized steel sheets. A remote laser welding jig configured to form a GAP).

As is well known, laser welding welds two pieces of material by irradiating the spot where the high energy laser beam is to be welded to melt the welding spot instantaneously, and then taking heat around the welding spot and solidifying the welding spot after the laser beam has passed. I'm talking about doing.

In order to provide a good condition for laser welding the galvanized steel sheet in the laser welding as described above, it is necessary to make the welding point on the two galvanized steel sheet has a gap of about 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm.

The reason is that when welding two sheets of galvanized steel sheet by laser welding, zinc vapor is generated when the welding spot of the galvanized steel sheet is melted by the laser beam irradiated. This zinc vapor is not discharged quickly from the welding spot. Otherwise, the galvanized steel sheet is not welded or defects remain in the welding, so a condition for good zinc vapor discharge is required.

Therefore, in the related art, a welding point of one galvanized steel sheet material is protruded so that the welding point protruding from the mating material is brought into close contact with each other and then fixed with a clamp of a jig, and the welding point is irradiated with a laser beam.

However, when welding a certain position in a state where special parts of automobile parts, that is, large and small U-shaped materials are joined to each other, the welding points must have a gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm between the large and small U-shaped materials. Since there is no suitable jig is provided, there are many problems such as a lot of inconveniences and poor welding conditions as well as a significant drop in productivity when laser welding.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, when the two parts of the car U-shaped material overlapping the clamping jig so that the welding point has a gap of about 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm zinc generated in the welding site during laser welding It is an object of the present invention to provide a remote jig for laser welding configured to facilitate the discharge of steam.

The laser welding remote jig of the present invention for achieving the above object is composed of an inner jig and an outer jig, and when two pieces of U-shaped material are inserted into the inner jig and clamped, the welding point is welded to each other by 0.1 mm ~. It is a feature of the present invention that it is configured to have a gap of about 0.2 mm.

The remote welding jig for laser welding according to the present invention is not only difficult to manufacture a jig because it is very simple in structure, and has an effect of providing a jig at a low cost.

In particular, when two sheets of U-shaped material are clamped by a jig, the welding spot naturally occurs about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm, thereby forming a uniform and accurate gap at all times.

Hereinafter, a detailed embodiment of a remote welding jig for laser welding according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The remote welding jig for laser welding according to the present invention includes an inner jig 1 for holding a material positioned inside and two outer jigs 2 for holding a material positioned outside. )

The inner jig 1 allows the protrusion 10 to be formed to have a size of about 0.1 mm to about 0.2 mm, except for the thickness of the material, depending on the shape of the inner material.

In another configuration, when the groove 40 is formed in the shape of the inner material, the inner jig 1 is configured to have a gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm between the inner material and the outer material through the position pin 30. The outer jig 2 is configured with a laser beam irradiation space 20 so that the laser beam can be irradiated.

In the drawings, reference numeral 50 denotes an inner material, and 51 denotes an outer material.

Referring to the operation of the remote jig for laser welding according to the present invention configured as described above in detail as follows.

First, the outer raw material 51 is put inside the outer jig 2, and the inner raw material 50 is sandwiched in the inner jig 1.

When the outer jig 1 is coupled to the inside of the outer jig, the inner material 50 coupled to the inner jig 1 and the outer material 51 coupled to the outer jig 2 are projected by the protrusions 10. A gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm is formed.

In another configuration of the present invention, that is, even when the groove 40 is in the shape of the inner material, the outer material 51 is placed inside the outer jig 2, and the inner material 50 is placed on the inner jig 1. Insert.

Then, the position pin 30 is caused to intervene in the recess 40 formed in the inner material such that a gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm is formed between the inner material 50 and the outer material 51.

In the above state, the welding spot is instantaneously melted by irradiating into the laser beam irradiation space 20 in the same manner as general laser welding, and after the laser beam passes, the heat is taken around the welding spot to solidify the welding spot. Is to be welded.

In the laser welding as described above, since the welding point has a gap of about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm in the two galvanized steel sheets, the zinc vapor generated during laser welding of the galvanized steel sheet is discharged, and the welding state is good.
