Description

드럼세탁기의 탈수운전 방법{METHOD FOR DRIVING DEHYDRATION OF DRUM WASHER}Dehydration operation method of drum washing machine {METHOD FOR DRIVING DEHYDRATION OF DRUM WASHER}

The present invention relates to a dehydrating operation method of a drum washing machine, and more particularly, to balance the laundry before proceeding with the main dehydration in the drum washing machine, when the dehydration of the main dehydration in the case of failure in entering the main dehydration during balance dehydration while increasing the balance sequentially The present invention relates to a dehydration operation method of a drum washing machine that allows dehydration to improve the main dehydration entry rate.

In general, unlike the water-type washing machine which rotates the washing tank on the vertical axis, the washing machine is agitated to wash the laundry immersed in the washing water in the water tank by rotating the pulsator. After washing by using the falling power of falling and the friction between the rotating drum and the laundry, there is almost no damage to the laundry and the laundry is not tangled with each other, there is a laundry effect of pounding and scuffing.

1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a general drum washing machine.

As shown here, the reservoir 10 around the drum 11, which is loaded with the laundry 14, shows a state in which water is supplied to the water level 15 up to a predetermined level. In this case, when the drum 11 rotates, the laundry 14, which is locked in the washing water, is caught by the lifter 12 and moved upward, and when the drum 11 reaches a predetermined position, the drum 11 is dropped by its own weight. To lose.

In addition, a washing heater 13 for heating the washing water is installed at the lower part of the drum 11 so as to obtain a washing effect of boiling.

2 is a block diagram showing a control circuit of a general drum washing machine.

As shown here, the load cell sensor 21 for measuring the weight value of the laundry 14 loaded in the drum 11, the water level sensor 29 for detecting the water level of the wash water in the reservoir 10 and For receiving the values of the load cell sensor 21 and the water level sensor 29, the microcomputer 20 for controlling the overall operation of the drum washing machine and the water supply control signal of the microcomputer 20 for controlling the operation of the water supply valve. In response to the water supply control unit 22, the drain control unit 24 for controlling the operation of the drain valve 25 and the drain motor 26 in accordance with the drain control signal of the microcomputer 20, and the motor control signal of the microcomputer 20 Accordingly, the motor driving control unit 27 for controlling the operation of the motor 28 for rotating the drum 11, and the laundry heater 13 for heating the wash water in accordance with the control signal of the microcomputer 20.

Referring to the operation of the drum washing machine configured as described above are as follows.

First, when the door of the drum washing machine is opened and the laundry is put in and the washing operation start switch is turned on, the load cell sensor 21 detects the weight of the laundry 14 put into the drum 11. The weight of the laundry detected by the load cell sensor 21 is input to the microcomputer 20.

Accordingly, the microcomputer 20 determines the water supply amount with reference to the memory table and outputs a control command to the water supply control unit 22 so that the water supply valve 23 is opened to start the water supply. When the water supply proceeds as described above, the water level is monitored by the water level sensor 29 provided at one side of the reservoir 20, and the detected water level value is provided to the microcomputer 20. Then, the microcomputer 20 determines whether the set water level value is reached based on the detected water level value from the input water level sensor 29. When the detected water level value reaches the set water level value, the water supply valve 22 supplies the water supply valve. Shut off (23) to stop water supply.

After the appropriate amount of washing water corresponding to the laundry 14 is stored in the water storage tank 20 of the drum washing machine, the microcomputer 20 outputs a control signal to the motor driving control unit 27 according to the internal washing operation program to supply the motor ( Rotate 28).

When the motor 28 is driven to rotate, the washing drum 11 in the reservoir 20 also rotates accordingly, and the drum washing using the sequential movement and washing of the laundry by the lifter 12 inside the drum 11 is performed.

After the washing operation is completed as described above, the drum 11 is rotated at a high speed to remove the washing water contained in the laundry 14, and the dehydration operation is performed by centrifugal force.

The dewatered water is discharged to the reservoir 20 through a number of fine holes formed in the circumferential wall of the drum 11 so that the drain valve 25 and the drain motor 26 are drained out.

The technology described above refers to the background of the technical field to which the present invention belongs, and does not mean the prior art.

In order to perform the dehydration operation after the washing operation and the rinsing operation as described above, first, the balance dehydration is performed to spread the bundles of laundry through left and right stirring operation, and then rotated at a constant speed to accelerate the cloth evenly by attaching it to the inner wall of the drum. After determining the unbalance, if the unbalance value is less than the set value, the main dehydration proceeds.

However, if the unbalanced value does not satisfy the set value even after the number of attempts to set the balance dehydration, the dehydration entry error is displayed and the dehydration entry time becomes longer as the dehydration does not proceed, and the power consumption is increased through repetitive balance dehydration. There is a problem that a power waste occurs.

In addition, there is a problem that when the dehydration entry fails, the laundry is not completed when the washing machine is returned after leaving the seat for a while, causing consumer complaints.

The present invention was created to improve the above problems, when dehydration of the balance in order to balance the laundry before proceeding to the main dehydration in the drum washing machine unbalanced while dehydrating the balance while increasing the unbalance value sequentially The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dehydration operation method of a drum washing machine that can improve the main dehydration entry rate.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a dehydration operation method of a drum washing machine that lowers the rotation speed of the main dehydration when the main dehydration entry fails in the balance dehydration.

Dehydration operation method of the drum washing machine according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a first step of detecting an unbalance value while the balance dehydration proceeds; A second step of comparing the unbalance value with the set value and performing dehydration if the set value is less than the set value; A third step of comparing the unbalanced value with the set value and increasing the set value and returning to the first step if the set value is exceeded; And a fourth step of displaying an error when the number of repetitions returned from the third step to the first step exceeds the set number of times.

The present invention is characterized in that it further comprises the step of proceeding the slow dehydration after displaying the error in the fourth step.

The present invention is characterized in that to increase the set value 10% from the previous set value when the set value is increased in the third step.

The present invention is characterized in that when the value is adjusted upward in the third step, the setting value is adjusted upward for the section in which the unbalanced value exceeds the setting value for each section of the balance dehydration.

As described above, the present invention proceeds to balance dehydration while sequentially increasing the unbalance value when the balance dehydration fails to enter the main dehydration to balance the laundry before proceeding to the main dehydration in the drum washing machine to repeat the number of repetitions of the balance dehydration. Not only can it be reduced, but it can also improve the rate of entry of the main dehydration, and if the main dehydration fails to enter, the rotational speed of the main dehydration is lowered so that the dehydration operation can be completed by performing the low speed dehydration.

In this process, the thickness of the lines or the size of the components shown in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of description. In addition, the terms described below are defined in consideration of the functions of the present invention, which may vary depending on the intention or custom of the user, the operator. Therefore, definitions of these terms should be made based on the contents throughout the specification.

3 is a flowchart illustrating a dehydration operation method of a drum washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a graph showing a dehydration operation process of the drum washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.

(S10). As shown in Figure 3, the dehydration operation of the drum washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention proceeds to the balance dehydration after entering the dehydration operation after ending the washing operation and the rinsing operation (S10).

As shown in FIG. 4, the balance dehydration is divided into a catching section and a rising section and enters the rising section when the unbalanced value is satisfied in the embedding section, and enters the main dehydration when the unbalanced value is satisfied in the rising section.

(S12). In this way, the unbalanced value is detected while the balance is dewatered (S12).

(S140). Thereafter, the detected unbalanced value is compared with the set value (S140).

(S16). At this time, if the unbalance value is less than the set value, the main dehydration proceeds (S16).

(S18). However, if the unbalanced value exceeds the set value, the set value is increased by about 10% (S18).

At this time, the set value may be adjusted upward for each section of the balance dehydration.

In other words, if the unbalanced value in the overlapping section is less than the set value but the unbalanced value exceeds the set value in the rising section, only the unbalanced setting value in the rising section may be adjusted upward, or the setting value may be increased for all sections. .

(S20). As described above, the process of detecting the unbalanced value and comparing it with the set value is repeated while the balance is dehydrated after the unbalanced set value is adjusted upward (S20).

At this time, if the detected unbalance value is less than the set value, the main dehydration is performed.

(S22). If the number of repetitions exceeds the set number of times, a balance dehydration error is displayed (S22).

(S24). Then, if a balance dehydration error occurs, the dehydration operation may be terminated by proceeding with dehydration through a low speed dehydration lower than the RPM of the main dehydration (S24).

For example, if the unbalanced value exceeds the set value even after 10 times of dehydration of the balance, the balance dehydration error is displayed and the low speed dehydration of 500 RPM is performed and the dehydration operation is terminated.

In this way, by increasing the unbalance setting value, the number of repetitions of the balance dehydration is reduced, thereby reducing the power consumption and improving the main dehydration entry rate.
