1 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a light emitting device according to the embodiment.

In an embodiment, the
That is, the
The

As a material having excellent adhesion used as the
The
The
In other words, the first to third
The widths of the
The
The
The
Here, the
Meanwhile, the
In addition, the
The
Here, the
An
Therefore, more electrons are collected at the lower energy level of the quantum well layer, and as a result, the probability of recombination of electrons and holes can be increased, thereby improving the light emitting effect. In addition, a quantum wire structure or a quantum dot structure may be included.
예를 들어 p형 반도체층은 InxAlyGa1 -x- yN (0≤x≤1, 0≤y≤1, 0≤x+y≤1)의 조성식을 갖는 반도체 재료, 예를 들어 GaN, AlN, AlGaN, InGaN, InN, InAlGaN, AlInN 등에서 선택될 수 있으며, Mg, Zn, Ca, Sr, Ba 등의 p형 도펀트가 도핑될 수 있다.The
In this case, the
In other words, the
The
In addition, unlike the above-described embodiments, the
Referring back to FIG. 1, the
In this case, the
In other words, the
The
In addition, the
In addition, the
The
In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the
And, the length of the
Therefore, the
In addition, when the
On the other hand, the side surface of the
In addition, the
The
2 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a light emitting device according to another embodiment.
Referring to FIG. 2, the
Here, the
The
The
The method of forming the
In this case, a recess may be formed in the second region of the
3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a structure of a light emitting device according to still another embodiment.
Referring to FIG. 3, the
The
In addition, the
Due to the step difference between the
4 to 7 are flowcharts illustrating a method of manufacturing a light emitting device according to the embodiment.
The light emitting device manufacturing method according to the embodiment is as follows.
