The present invention relates to an electroplated steel sheet having a hairline appearance and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an electroplated steel sheet having a hairline appearance excellent in corrosion resistance and glossiness, which can be used in the same manner as the use of stainless steel, and its manufacture. It is about a method.

In general, stainless steel is a surface finish to have a beautiful surface appearance, a representative example of the surface finish is a method of forming a hairline pattern on the steel surface. This hairline finishing means a finishing method in which the surface of the steel is polished with a suitable abrasive so that polishing marks remain, so that the polishing surface is continuously formed as long as hair. Therefore, stainless steels having such a surface finish are known as representative steels having excellent corrosion resistance and beautiful surface appearance, and are widely used in interior materials and exterior materials such as buildings and vehicles.

However, stainless steel sheet is expensive and uneconomical, and after the hairline pattern is formed, additional coating is performed to prevent fingerprint marks and external contamination, but there are problems such as adhesion between the stainless surface and the coating. In addition, a hairline-printed film is attached to the steel sheet for surface finishing, but the printed pattern of the film is not diverse, so there is a limit to use.

In order to overcome the limitation of the cost, the hairline is formed on the plated steel sheet to use the coating or film, but after plating, the shape of the hairline becomes unclear. In order to generate the hairline pattern, the plating is performed. Since the surface must be removed again, there is a problem of reducing corrosion resistance and glossiness, and as a result, expensive plating material is removed, resulting in a cost increase.

The etching is preferably performed for 0.1 to 30 seconds.
The present inventors conducted research on steels which can be used in place of expensive aluminum or stainless steels and have excellent corrosion resistance and beautiful hairline patterns. As a result, after forming hairlines on steel sheets preferentially, electroplating is performed. By properly controlling the hardness of the plated layer formed, it has been recognized that an electroplated steel sheet having a hairline appearance excellent in corrosion resistance and glossiness can be provided, and thus the present invention has been completed based on experiments and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

Electroplated steel sheet proposed by the present invention will include at least one iron-based zinc alloy plating layer selected from the group consisting of Zn-Fe, Zn-Fe-Ni and Zn-Fe-Co. These electroplating systems have good corrosion resistance, and the surface is beautiful by electroplating, which makes a good hairline shape. Of course, the iron-based zinc alloy will inevitably contain impurities, which will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. The iron-based zinc alloy has a hardness such that there is no damage to the hairline at a constant load upon contact with the roll, and can secure corrosion resistance and hairline at the same time, and also has the advantage of low cost.

In this case, it is preferable that the hardness of the plating layer is 90 to 500 Hv. If the hardness of the plating layer is less than 90 Hv, the shape of the hairline changes due to impact or compression during continuous plating or product manufacture, and the surface becomes poor. In the case of 500 Hv, since the adhesion of the surface crack or the plating layer is poor during processing, it is preferable to limit the hardness of the plating layer to 90 to 500 Hv. The hardness of the more preferable plating layer is 120-300.

Moreover, it is preferable that the adhesion amount of the said plating layer has a range of 1-40 g / m <2> . If the plating amount is less than 1g / m 2, the plating amount is not enough to cause unplating or the plating layer is thin, which may result in poor corrosion resistance. When the plating amount exceeds 40g / m 2 , the hairline of the steel sheet is not clear, so Since this may fall, the plating deposition amount is preferably limited to the range of 1 ~ 40g / m 2 . More preferable plating adhesion amount is 5-20g / m <2> .

The electroplated steel sheet proposed by the present invention has a glossiness of 70 or more, and by satisfying this level, the electroplated steel sheet of the present invention can be used in place of a material such as aluminum or stainless steel.

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described in detail.

First, the hairline is formed on the steel sheet. In the present invention, the method for forming the hairline is not particularly limited, but as a roll method or physical means, polishing is performed so that a hairline pattern is formed by various numbers of sandpaper or physical polishing equipment or related process equipment in the continuous steel sheet supplying apparatus. The method can preferably be used. At this time, the hairline pattern to be formed may vary depending on the needs of the customer, if the common cold rolled steel sheet can be preferably used as the base steel sheet of the present invention.

Subsequently, continuous electroplating is performed on the steel plate on which the hairline is formed by using a continuous device or a single device. At this time, it is preferable to utilize at least one iron-based zinc alloy selected from the group consisting of Zn-Fe, Zn-Fe-Ni and Zn-Fe-Co as a plating material, the hardness of the iron-based zinc alloy is 90 ~ 500Hv It is desirable to have. Of course, those skilled in the art can easily control the hardness level in consideration of the compositional component, content range, impurities of each alloy.

In the electroplating, the deposition amount of the plating layer is preferably in the range of 1 to 40 g / m 2. By controlling the plating deposition amount as described above, corrosion resistance and clear hairline can be secured at the same time.

As described above, when the hairline is first formed on the steel sheet and then electroplating, the problem of unclear shape of the hairline can be prevented and, unlike the steel sheet on which the hairline is formed after plating, expensive plating The ash does not have to be removed, which is advantageous in terms of cost reduction. In addition, since the plating is performed after the hairline is formed, there is an advantage in that a steel sheet having a uniform surface can be produced.

After the plating layer forming step, it may further comprise the step of etching with an acid solution having a pH of 1-6. Through the etching process, it is possible to secure excellent glossiness. If the pH is less than 1, the surface may be deteriorated due to overcorrosion of the plating layer. If it exceeds 6, the glossiness may not be improved even if it is immersed for a long time. There is a problem that is not. Therefore, the pH of the acid solution at the time of etching preferably has a range of 1-6. As the acid solution, substances such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid can be used.

In addition, the etching time is preferably performed for 0.1 to 30 seconds, it is difficult to exhibit the etching effect when less than 0.1 seconds, since the discoloration may occur when exceeding 30 seconds, the etching time is in the range of 0.1 to 30 seconds It is desirable to have.

After the etching process, the steel sheet may be subjected to post-treatment such as phosphoric acid treatment, chromate treatment or chromium-free treatment. Through this post-treatment process, rust such as white blue or lamination may be prevented, and the plating layer may be formed when the coating layer is formed. The adhesiveness of a coating film layer can be improved.

After the etching process may further include a coating layer forming process, through the coating layer forming process can be pictorial corrosion resistance of the steel sheet, it is possible to prevent external contamination. The kind of paint required for forming the coating layer is not particularly limited, but in the present invention, it is preferable to use a transparent clear paint, a translucent clear paint or a colored paint.

A hairline pattern was formed on a low carbon cold rolled steel sheet having a thickness of 0.9 mm using a belt sand having a different number. At this time, the belt speed was 4 m / sec, and the polishing time was 3 to 4 seconds. Zn-Ni alloy was electroplated on the steel plate on which the hairline was formed, and the hardness and plating amount of the plating layer were changed as shown in Table 1 by adjusting the content of Ni and the plating time. In addition, sulfuric acid was used as an etching solution to produce a solution having a different pH, and etching was performed. Corrosion resistance was performed by SST (salt spray test) satisfying JIS standards, the hardness was measured by Vickers hardness tester. Adhesion was evaluated by plated steel sheets plated particles buried in a tape after bending at 60 degrees. Evaluation of the hair-line form of the coating layer, as compared to hair line after plating the hairline is formed after the steel sheet and the hairline is formed in the steel sheet, straight line showed a fraction that does not appear as a straight line or not the number of lines in an area of 1cm 2 , Glossiness was measured using a polisher with a reflection angle of 60 degrees. Results of the measured physical properties are shown in Table 1 below.
