Description

Touch panel for storage device {TOUCH PANEL FOR STORAGE DEVICE}

The present invention relates to a touch panel for a storage device, and more particularly, to apply FPCB to fully realize touch performance in a narrow installation space, and to improve the menu visibility of the storage device by realizing a backlight function. In addition, the present invention relates to a touch panel for a storage device that can increase the marketability.

Refrigerators or kimchi storage forms a panel assembly that forms an exterior.

In addition, the display accommodating portion formed on the front of the panel assembly is provided with a display unit for displaying and adjusting the operating state of the refrigerator or kimchi storage. The display unit is formed in a form corresponding to the display housing so as to be inserted into the display housing.

The front panel is installed at the front of the panel assembly and the display unit. This front deco is formed of a transparent member. In addition, the button unit is printed to operate the display unit, when the user's hand touches the printed button unit, it is detected by the display unit to operate the adjusting device.

The above technical configuration is a background art for helping understanding of the present invention, and does not mean a conventional technology well known in the art.

Since the conventional display unit is configured to sense an external touch by stacking a relatively thick touch PCB and a gasket, the installation space is increased by being thickened overall by the touch PC and the gasket. Therefore, there is a need for improvement.

The present invention has been made to improve the above problems, by applying a FPCB (FPCB) as a printed circuit board for the touch to reduce the spatial constraints, to eliminate the existing gasket provided for the touch sensitivity It is an object of the present invention to provide a touch panel for a storage device.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a touch panel for a storage device to improve visibility by providing a light emitting element in a housing forming an FPC ratio and concentrating lighting on each menu.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a touch panel for a storage device, comprising: a housing, and an FPC having a touch circuit pattern formed at a flexible material and formed at different positions to generate a corresponding signal when a touch is applied from the outside. Include.

Preferably, the housing includes a printed circuit board that receives a signal generated from the FPC ratio.

The FPC may form a front surface decor on the front side, and the front surface decor is preferably provided with a mode member that is plotted for each operation mode.

Preferably, the housing forms sector portions corresponding to each of the mode members, and each of the sector portions includes a light emitting device that emits light.

The FPC may be configured to penetrate through the open hole so as to correspond to the sector, and concentrate the touch circuit pattern on a portion corresponding to the edge of the open hole.

As described above, the touch panel for a storage device according to the present invention, unlike the prior art, by applying the FPCB (FPCB) as a printed circuit board for the touch to reduce the spatial constraints, the conventional gasket is provided for the touch sensitivity Can be removed.

In addition, the present invention can improve visibility by concentrating illumination on each menu by providing a light emitting element in a housing forming the FPC ratio.

2 is a rear perspective view of a touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
3 is an exploded perspective view of a touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
4 is a cross-sectional view of a touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a touch panel for a storage device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this process, the thickness of the lines or the size of the components shown in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of description. In addition, the terms described below are defined in consideration of the functions of the present invention, which may vary depending on the intention or custom of the user, the operator. Therefore, definitions of these terms should be made based on the contents throughout this specification.

1 is a perspective view of a touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an embodiment of the present invention. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a touch panel for a storage device, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1 to 4, a touch panel for a storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10 and an FPCB 20.

The housing 10 forms the entire outline of the touch panel and supports the FPC 20.

In this case, the housing 10 may be applied in various shapes and various materials.

The FPC 20 is formed on the front side of the housing 10.

In particular, the FPC 20 is formed on the front side of the housing 10 by various methods, it is preferable to be bonded and fixed to the front side of the housing 10.

In addition, the FPC 20 is made of a flexible material. This means that the FPC ratio 20 is formed thin enough to bend easily.

Thus, the height of the entire touch panel can be reduced.

In addition, the FPC 20 forms a plurality of touch circuit patterns 22.

The touch circuit pattern 22 is formed at different positions on the FPC 20 to generate a corresponding signal when a touch is applied from the outside.

Here, the housing 10 in which the FPC 20 is formed is provided as a touch panel in the storage device, and the storage device is a refrigerator, a kimchi storage, or the like.

Of course, the FPC 20 is formed in various shapes, and is not limited to the number.

Meanwhile, the housing 10 includes a printed circuit board 30.

The printed circuit board 30 is connected to the FPC ratio 20 to receive a signal generated from the FPC ratio 20.

In addition, the printed circuit board 30 receives power from the outside. Of course, the FPC 20 may be directly supplied with power from the outside.

In particular, the printed circuit board 30 is preferably formed inside the housing 10 to be protected from the outside.

At this time, the printed circuit board 30 is provided inside the housing 10 by various methods such as double injection or separation of the housing 10.

On the other hand, the FPC 20 forms the front deco 40 on the front side. The front deco 40 serves to protect the FPC.

In particular, the front deco 40 is fixed to the housing 10 by a variety of methods, such as adhesive.

In addition, the front deco 40 has a mode member 42 which is plotted for each operation mode.

In particular, the front deco 40 is made of a transparent film paper, the portion except the mode member 42 is coated with a set color.

At this time, the mode member 42 shows the set operation mode of the storage device in letters or figures.

In addition, the housing 10 forms a sector portion 50 corresponding to each of the mode members 42.

This sector portion 50 recesses or sets the set area into a hole shape. For convenience, the sector portion 50 is shown as having passed through a small hole in the large recessed area.

This sector portion 50 coincides with each of the mode members 42 of the front decor 40.

Each sector portion 50 includes a light emitting element 60 for emitting light.

Thus, when the light emitting device 60 of the corresponding sector portion 50 emits light, light is emitted outward along the trajectory of the mode member 42 of the front decor 40.

Thereby, the visibility of the mode member 42 is improved.

Here, the light emitting device 60 may be an LED or the like, and may be directly connected to an external power source, but is connected to the printed circuit board 30 through a small hole forming the sector part 50.

That is, the light emitting device 60 emits light by an external power source supplied to the printed circuit board 30.

In addition, the FPC 20 may weaken the visibility of the mode member 42 when the sector portion 50 is covered.

Thus, the FPC 20 passes through the opening hole 70 so as to correspond to each of the sector portions 50.

In particular, the FPC 20 forms the touch circuit pattern 22 along the edge of the opening hole 70.

This is to maintain or improve the touch sensitivity by concentrating the touch circuit pattern 22 along the edge of the opening hole 70 closest to the mode member 42.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, this is merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art to which the art belongs can make various modifications and other equivalent embodiments therefrom. I will understand. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention will be defined by the claims below.

10: housing 20: FPC
22: touch circuit pattern 30: printed circuit board
40: front teco 42: mode member
50: sector 60: light emitting element
70: opening hole
