Abstract
Description
It is easy to operate while maintaining the same function and stability as the existing shift lever type transmission control unit. The mechanism of the button type transmission control unit is manufactured, and the control unit to control the button press and the motor for operating the gearbox is designed and manufactured.

-Handles and buttons can be installed on the front, rear, left, and right sides for the disabled.
Nowadays, a lot of interest in interior design has also begun in vehicles. As the number of users who use commute vehicles for a long time increases, interest in how to provide a ride comfort or convenience of a vehicle has begun to focus. As a result, products such as the design of the center fascia (the control panel board between the driver's seat and the passenger seat in the center of the dashboard) and the design of the steering wheel instrument panel were introduced.
The shift control system of the shift lever system which blocks the driver's seat and the passenger's seat as a conventional shift lever type transmission method takes up a lot of space and is inconvenient for the disabled.
The advantage of the button type transmission operation is that the transmission control part can be installed at any place of the autonomy, thereby providing the effect of utilizing the interior space of the vehicle, convenience for the disabled, and taking the lead in the technology-leading industry.
The present invention can be operated from the existing shift method with the button method at any position, and the automatic transmission for the car can be operated with the button, thereby providing convenience for people with disabilities and space utilization.

○ In this project, it was designed and manufactured to include the motor drive part in the existing shift lever method for the button type operation.
○ The drive part uses gears to sufficiently transfer the torque of the motor to the shift lever shaft.
I. Controller production and algorithm design
○ The controller is designed to move the shift lever by adjusting the position of the motor of the driver.
The control unit was manufactured using AVR, an 8-bit microprocessor.
○ If a certain pulse is made in the motor drive, the position is adjusted according to the number of pulses.
○ The control unit complies with the mechanical device installed in the conventional shift lever system.
○ The operation algorithm is designed in the same way as the existing shifting method.
○ Button-type controls can also be used as transmission controls for the disabled.
In addition, the shift lever type space connected to the center fascia can be used to induce a unique interior design of the car.
