Abstract
Description
In the cultivation of greenhouses, the circulation fan is used for proper airflow during the growing season. It is a technology for a circulation fan aiming to form a straight air flow without turbulence in order to reduce the number of fans in the greenhouse of about 100m in length and to form a proper airflow.
In order to create airflow in the greenhouse disconnected from external weather, a fan using an electric motor is used. Air flow is formed by the rotation of the blades, but turbulence occurs and a guide is used as necessary. In general, a fan is the same as using a guide that splits the turbulence for a gentle wind.
In a long greenhouse, it is necessary to form a strong air stream in the straight line to form a circulating vortex in the greenhouse, which can reduce the number of fans installed and achieve the required purpose.
In general, as a guide additionally installed in front of the wing, a specially shaped guide is also developed, which plays a role of lowering pulsation by advancing the airflow by the wing and fixing and reinforcing the case.
On the front part of the wing, the straight plate and the radial plate guide whose angle is important are fixed to form a straight air stream.
Generally, 5 ~ 1m / sec airflow is most suitable for crop cultivation in greenhouse. However, it was not easy to form a uniform air flow throughout the greenhouse with a width of 6 to 10m, a height of 3 to 6m, and a length of about 100.
This straight stream circulation fan can form a uniform air flow as a whole by installing two to three in a 100m long greenhouse. Crop growth conditions by moderate airflow have shown various advantages such as equalization in the vertical direction of air temperature, uniformity of carbon dioxide gas, uniformity of humidity and ease of dilution of harmful gas.
