Abstract
An ultra slim flat panel speaker is disclosed. The disclosed ultra-slim flat speaker includes a foam and a plate diaphragm installed inside the frame and the frame, a yoke installed outside the frame, a magnet installed in contact with the yoke, a plate installed in contact with an upper portion of the magnet, and the yoke. A flat speaker comprising a voice coil installed vertically in an empty space formed on an inner side and an outer side of a flake, wherein the damper has a soft repulsive force of a foam material.
Description
The present invention relates to an ultra-thin speaker, and more particularly, to an ultra-slim flat speaker, which can be applied to an ultra-thin electronic device and improved to improve speaker productivity and speaker performance.
A speaker is a sound device that emits sound waves by converting an electric signal into vibration of a diaphragm to generate a small wave in the air.
Such a speaker includes a voice coil in which current flows through an external electric signal, a bobbin in which the voice coil is wound, a permanent magnet forming a magnetic field, and vibrations caused by vertical movement of the bobbin as sound waves in the air. A diaphragm or the like for spinning is provided.
The diaphragm of the speaker having the configuration as described above vibrates by Lorentz force which is a force acting on the charged particles moving in the magnetic field when current flows in the voice coil placed in the magnetic field. Low sounds are generated, and vibrations at high frequencies produce high sounds.
At this time, even with the same frequency, the larger the amplitude, the higher the sound pressure level, the louder the sound.
In addition, the speaker has been developed in various structures such as a cone speaker, a horn speaker, or a planar speaker so as to be appropriately applied to various electronic devices.
Among the speakers of various forms, flat-type speakers are applied to slim (or thin) electronic devices, particularly ultra-slim types such as light emitting diode televisions (LED TVs).
Recently, the sales volume of LED TVs has been steadily growing every year, and when the commercialization of OLED TVs becomes commercially available, the thickness of ultra-thin flat-panel TVs that are beyond imagination will be the trend. It is expected. In order to be applied to such an ultra-slim electronic device, the speaker must also be structurally ultra slim and satisfactory in performance, but there is no flat speaker that satisfies the structure or performance.
FIG. 2 shows a

However, the
The present invention was created in order to solve the above problems, the ultra-thin speaker is implemented by changing the structure of the damper and the speaker, the ultra-slim flat plate to be applied to the ultra-thin electronic device to improve the performance of the speaker with this The purpose is to provide a type speaker.
An ultra slim flat panel speaker is disclosed. The disclosed ultra-slim flat speaker includes a foam and a plate diaphragm installed inside the frame and the frame, a yoke installed outside the bottom of the frame, a magnet installed in contact with the yoke, a plate provided on the magnet in contact with the magnet, In the flat-type speaker having a voice coil installed perpendicularly to the hollow space formed on the outside of the yoke and the flake inside, the damper has a soft repulsive force of the foam material, and the shape of the damper is a tower, hollow circle, solid circle, etc. There is no limitation on the form, and it is characterized by being able to be transformed into a suitable form by the durable structure of the speaker.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, by implementing a damper having the same soft elasticity of the foam material and installing it by adhering to the diaphragm, it is possible to implement an ultra-slim speaker, which can be applied to an ultra-thin electronic device. The soft elastic material, which is an essential element of the damper, can be made from raw materials such as vinyl chloride (PVC), urethane, rubber, etc., or similar materials, using all elastic materials. It can be designed to have the internal structure of the speaker such as.
