The metering device according to the present invention is simple in structure and can be simply installed and used in an existing product counter without changing the structure of the product counter.
Description
The present invention relates to a metering device, and more particularly, has a metering device that is installed in a device for counting and supplying a quantity of a product sold in a small size and a large quantity, such as a pill, and assists to supply a product in an accurate quantity and having the same It is about a product counter.
In general, in the pharmaceutical and food industries, a counter for counting and providing various pills is used. Since small products such as pills are sold in containers and the like, it is important to accurately count and provide the number of products.
In the case of tablets, the weight is 80 mg to 300 mg, and the number of packages per container is 30, 60, 100, 200, 500, 1000, etc. In order to pack such a large number of pills in a container, the number of pills must be accurately counted. As for the counting of products by manpower, there is a high risk of error in counting and the work is inefficient, so the product counter can be counted quickly when the product is packaged. Is used.
The conventional product counter senses the number of products by sensing products one by one and counting products by the sensing signal. Such a conventional product counter is known to have an accuracy of 99% or more, but in a mass production system, the number of products is often insufficiently packed or excessively packaged.
Conventional product counters have a problem that the number of products is insufficient or the number is excessively packaged due to an error in the product count. In addition, there is a problem that the reliability of the final product is lowered because the product that is less than the normal weight due to product breakage or poor manufacturing is counted as one product.
In order to solve this problem, a weighing device for weighing a product to check the number of counted products has been proposed, but such a conventional weighing device has a complicated structure, and when applied to an existing counter, the structure of the counter must be changed. There is a problem that the installation cost is expensive.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a product counter having a metering device which is attached to an existing counter with a simple structure to assist in supplying an accurate quantity of products.
Weighing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, is installed in the product counter having a counting unit for counting the product to supply a predetermined number of products to detect the weight of the product passed through the counting unit A temporary storage box having a storage space for temporarily storing a product passing through the counting unit and an outlet for discharging the product stored in the storage space, and measuring the total weight of the products stored in the temporary storage box. A weight detecting device on which the temporary storage box is mounted so that the temporary storage box is mounted, a support for opening and closing the outlet of the temporary storage box, and a rotation part connected to the support part to rotatably support the support part, and the support centered on the rotation part. A bearing having a connection portion connected to the rotating portion so as to be located opposite to the portion And a pedestal closure device connected to the connecting portion for applying an external force in a direction of blocking the outlet of the temporary storage box with respect to the pedestal, and a pressing member for applying an external force in a direction of opening the outlet of the temporary storage box with respect to the pedestal. And a pedestal opening device having a pressing member driving device for advancing and retracting the pressing member.
Weighing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a support frame coupled to the weight detection device for supporting the temporary storage box.
Metering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a rotating shaft coupled to the support frame to rotatably support the rotating part of the pedestal.
Metering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a support pillar coupled to the support frame to support the pedestal closure device.
The pedestal closure may include an actuating arm hinged to the connection portion of the pedestal and a one-way cylinder engaged with the actuating arm to provide a pressing force towards the connection portion with respect to the actuating arm.
Metering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a guide hopper disposed in the lower portion of the temporary storage box to collect the product discharged through the outlet of the temporary storage box.
The weight detection device may be provided with two so that one end and the other end of the temporary storage box, respectively.
Product counter according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, a product feed hopper for supplying a product, a product conveying device having a product conveying rail for conveying the product discharged from the product supply hopper, the product A counting unit disposed downstream of the product conveying rail to count the quantity of product conveyed along the conveying rail, a storage space for temporarily storing the product passing through the counting unit, and for discharging the product stored in the storage space Temporary storage box having an outlet, a weight detection device to which the temporary storage box is placed so as to measure the weight of the product stored in the temporary storage box, the support for opening and closing the outlet of the temporary storage box and the support portion rotates The rotating part and the rotating part connected to the supporting part so as to possibly support the A pedestal having a connection portion connected to the rotary part so as to be opposite to the support portion, a pedestal closure device connected to the connection portion for exerting an external force in a direction of blocking the outlet of the temporary storage box with respect to the pedestal; And a pedestal opening device having a pressing member for applying an external force in a direction of opening the outlet of the temporary storage box and a pressing member driving device for advancing and retracting the pressing member.
The metering apparatus according to the present invention can verify whether the number of products is correct by packing the number of products counted after the counting of the product in a packing unit, and not only when the number of products is different from the set value, but also because of breakage or poor manufacturing. This can be used to find out if a product has a weight that is below its normal weight, thus increasing the reliability of the final product.
In addition, the metering device according to the present invention has a merit that the structure is simple and can be simply installed and used in the existing product counter without changing the structure of the product counter, which is convenient and reduces the installation cost.

Herein, a method of verifying the quantity of the product P through the weight detection signal will be described as an example.
Assuming a product weighs 100 mg, the total weight of 30 is 3000 mg. Since the weight deviation per tablet is usually within ± 3%, a total deviation of 90 mg occurs assuming only deviation. Therefore, if the normal weight is set to 2980 mg ~ 3000 mg, it is determined that the quantity of the product is not enough when not less than 2980 mg to generate a bad signal, it is possible to discharge the container. Of course, if the error range of the normal weight is made smaller, it can be found not only when the quantity of the product is different from the set value, but also when there is a product whose weight is less than the normal weight due to cracking or poor manufacturing.
