Abstract
The urban space situation recognition system and method includes a sensor information storage unit, an urban space information storage unit, a situation recognition information analysis unit, an information provider, and a situation recognition history information storage unit.
In other words, it is generated from various sensors (flow, pressure, temperature, etc.) attached to each facility to manage urban infrastructure including underground facilities (water and sewage, electric power, gas, common areas, etc.) and ground facilities (roads, street lights, etc.). Produce situational awareness information about urban space by analyzing facility operation status based on information.
Description
The present invention is based on various sensors (flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc.) attached to each facility to manage the urban infrastructure, including underground facilities (water and sewage, power, gas, community, etc.) and ground facilities (roads, street lights, etc.) Based on the information generated, it analyzes the operation status of facilities to produce situational awareness information about urban space.
Namely, the present invention relates to a system and a method for producing situational awareness information about a single facility, a complex facility, and an urban space by using technologies such as USN (Ubiquitous Sense Network), GIS (Geographic Information System), and Context Awareness. .
Recently, due to the development of information technology, researches for increasing the technology of attaching a sensor to a facility and confirming the operation status of the facility by the sensor are being gradually increased.
The technology that manages the status of the entire facility by attaching sensors to the facility and monitoring the status of one spot is based on USN technology in the ubiquitous environment, and tends to evolve more complexly.
That is, several facilities exist in the same space, and it is necessary to introduce situation awareness information about the space to facility management and operation in order to minimize the effect of information from one sensor on the facility as well as other facilities. In addition, Context Awareness technology is the most important core technology of ubiquitous environment.
The present invention has been made to overcome such a conventional limitation, and by using the USN to upgrade the existing single facility management method, and to produce a situation awareness information of the urban space to enable a complex management of a plurality of facilities It is an object to provide a system and method.
In order to achieve the above object, the urban space situation recognition system and method according to the present invention includes a sensor information storage unit, a city space information storage unit, a situation recognition information analysis unit, an information provider, and a situation recognition history information storage unit.
(1) The sensor information storage unit checks the operation status of the facilities by the sensors attached to the various facilities and stores the values, and the urban spatial information storage unit integrates the urban facility GIS information built and held by local governments. The situation recognition information analysis unit analyzes the situation of the facility and the urban space by monitoring the measured values stored in the sensor information storage in real time, and the information provider provides the situation recognition analysis information to the facility operation and management personnel.
With this configuration, it is possible to check and analyze the condition of a single facility based on values measured from a single sensor.
In addition, based on the analysis of the operation status of a single facility, it can be used to operate and manage other nearby facilities.
In addition, by analyzing the situational awareness history information, you can check the frequency of the facility and the sensor in the same state.
In addition, it is possible to manage urban spaces by providing contextual analysis information on the spaces where urban residents live and social activities.
In addition, it is possible to present the priority and grade of response to situational awareness information based on the density of housing and activities of urban residents and the extension of facilities per unit area.
In addition, the present invention embodying the above-described urban space situation recognition system in the form of a method is disclosed.
According to the present invention, it is possible to check at a glance the operating state of the urban facilities and the situation occurring in the urban space.
In addition, the condition of a single facility may be expected to affect nearby facilities and provide appropriate response.
In addition, it is possible to effectively respond by selecting the priority or risk level of response by facility type and region in relation to a specific situation that occurs.

In order to receive the urban space situation awareness information service according to the present invention, first start by collecting past measurement information collected under the same conditions as the sensor information (weekdays, time of work, etc.) (S100).
In addition, in order to recognize the situation of urban space based on sensor information, city space information such as NGIS map, various thematic maps, facility distribution, population density, and building information collected by local governments is collected (S200).
By analyzing and collecting the collected sensor information and urban spatial information, a basic environment for producing situational awareness information on urban space is created (S300).
Application of the urban space situation recognition system and method according to the present invention is the situation type derivation (S410), situation inference (S420), situation recognition information production (S430), sharing of the produced information (S440) and storage of situation awareness history information ( S450) to produce the urban space situation awareness information (S400).
3 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of a service provided by analyzing situational awareness information on an operation state of a facility according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, an event in which sensor information deviates from a threshold occurs, an analysis of facility type, location, and attribute information to which a corresponding sensor is attached, and analysis of information of another sensor existing in a section of a facility in which an abnormality occurs ( A-1 of FIG. 3
In addition, it analyzes the operating state of the other section of the facility adjacent to the section in which the abnormality occurred (B-1 of FIG. 3), and derives by analyzing the state of the facility (B-2 of FIG. 3).
4 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of a service provided by grading urban space situation awareness information according to the present invention.
Looking in detail with reference to Figure 4, to determine the distribution of other facilities close to the facility in the section in which the abnormality occurs, and to determine the presence or absence by analyzing the sensor information of the surrounding facilities (Fig. 4 A-1). The analyzed information expresses the situation of other facilities near to the abnormal facilities by performing the process of analyzing the urban facilities and detailed sensor information through the inference process for the situation recognition of the urban space (A-2 of FIG. 4). .
In addition, by reflecting the urban characteristics such as commercial areas and residential areas of the areas where the abnormalities are distributed, the risk level is expressed by region to support an effective response based on the urban space situation awareness information (FIG. 4B-1, B-2).
