Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an air conditioner and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner for cooling an indoor space such as a living room.
An air conditioner, a so-called air conditioner, is a device that keeps indoor air in a comfortable state. It is commonly called a cooling device. It maintains a cool temperature by using a principle of absorbing heat from the surroundings when liquid evaporates using a freon gas. do.
An air conditioner is often referred to as an air conditioner, but it must be called an air conditioner. The air conditioner adjusts a certain space to a temperature, humidity, and airflow distribution suitable for human activity, and simultaneously removes dust from the air. .
Pleasant indoor temperature is subtle due to human sensation, but outside air and temperature difference is about 5 ~ 6 ℃ in summer, indoor temperature 25 ~ 29 ℃, humidity 60 ~ 70%, winter temperature 18 ~ 21 ℃, humidity 55-70% is said to be good.
The principle of the air conditioner is to use the heat of evaporation that takes heat away from the liquid when the liquid evaporates, such as a refrigerator and a refrigerator. As a refrigerant, a liquid that is easy to evaporate even at a low temperature is used, and freon gas is usually used.
The basic structure of the air conditioner is a direct connection between the motor and the compressor in a sealed iron container, and the compressor is rotated by an electric motor to compress the refrigerant. Compressors are reciprocating and rotary. The condenser is equipped with aluminum fins on the surface of the copper pipe, and dissipates heat from the refrigerant into the air to cool the liquid. Capillary tube (capillary tube) is a device that lowers the pressure of the high pressure liquid refrigerant from the condenser and evaporates it in the next evaporator. It is a thin copper pipe with an inner diameter of about 1 mm.
The structure of the evaporator is almost the same as the condenser, where the compressed refrigerant evaporates here and takes heat away from the surroundings. Therefore, the temperature of the air in contact with the surface of the evaporator is lowered, and the moisture in the air is removed as water droplets on the surface of the evaporator. The blower system is forcibly sending air for efficient heat exchange.
In the air conditioner type, there is a centralized system in which main equipment used in large buildings is placed in the center and ducts are used for cooling and heating each room. There are also small unit types used in homes and offices, which are divided into two types according to the installation method. The main body of the air conditioner is integrated, and it is installed on the window and the wall, and the window type that cools the condenser by the outside air by bringing the rear part of the cabinet outside and the cooling unit with the evaporator and the blower in the indoor side, and the compressor and the blower in the outdoor side There is a split type that uses a unit (called an 'outdoor unit') with a space between them and connects it with a pipe for sending refrigerant therebetween. In addition, a large-scale installation on the floor, such as an office, includes a package type using cooling water for dissipation of heat by a condenser.
Meanwhile, the heating and cooling systems of dense buildings such as apartments, shopping malls, and office buildings are changing from centralized air conditioning systems to individual heating and cooling systems.
In the case of individual heating and cooling systems, an outdoor unit that operates independently of each other is required. However, as the density of buildings increases, outdoor units are closely installed on the roofs of buildings.
However, as the outdoor unit is installed closely, there are the following problems.
First, there is a problem in that as the temperature of the air sucked into the outdoor unit increases due to the influence of neighboring outdoor units, the cooling efficiency is lowered and the compressor is overloaded because the compressor is overloaded.
In order to solve such a problem, a separate structure such as a fence and a duct is installed to block air flow with a neighboring outdoor unit, but this has a problem of increasing the installation cost of a heating and cooling system.
Second, as a plurality of outdoor units are densely installed, there is a problem in that the air pollution is severe and contaminates the heat exchanger constituting the outdoor unit, thereby lowering the cooling efficiency and causing the compressor to be overloaded, resulting in a failure of the compressor.
