Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rooftop greening system and a construction method, and more particularly, to improve thermal insulation and thermal insulation performance in a rooftop greening system that uses green artificial ground formed on or outside a building to create green spaces in a pedestrian space in a city. The present invention relates to a low management-lightweight rooftop greening system and construction method having high insulation performance.
Due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization over the past half century, most cities have deteriorated their living environment and natural environment. Each year, many buildings and sculptures are built in urban areas. It hurts people, deteriorates the quality of life of people living in cities, and hurts the emotional stability of the people.
Therefore, in order to create a pleasant urban environment and to restore the natural ecosystem, rebuilding the green space in the city and preserving the existing green space have emerged as important issues. In order to solve this problem, there is a growing interest in greening landscaping on the roof of a building, and various roofing greening methods have been proposed.
In general, a rooftop greening system for landscaping greening facilities on the roof of a building not only provides green spaces to urban residents by creating green spaces in buildings, but also creates various plants in the green spaces where insects can live. It can also provide people with a seating area and enhance the aesthetics of the building.
In addition, rooftop greening has a significant effect on saving energy of buildings and heating because it takes longer to transmit the outside temperature because the thermal conductivity is lower than that of the existing non-green roof due to the effect of mitigating the heat island phenomenon and thermal insulation or insulation. In addition, various research and greening projects are underway, which can bring the effects of rainwater storage, temperature adjustment, air purification, and noise reduction.
The types of rooftop recording system are classified into low management type-light type, management type-weight type recording system and mixed type recording system. The low management type / light type has a low soil depth (less than 20cm) and the weight of soil is 100kg per ㎡. It should be internal and external, and is mainly planted as a cover plant, and the plant first planted with minimal management has the advantage of lasting for 10 to 15 years without being affected by the heterologous species. It refers to a system in which the vegetation layer is maintained without constant management such as watering, fertilization, and mowing. The soil uses artificial soil.
The management-weight rooftop greening system has a soil depth of 20 cm or more to plant land plants, trees and shrubs. It is most suitable for small ecosystems in that it can be planted freely without regard to the introduction of soil and plant species, but it is mainly applied to new buildings with structural stability as it has a significant effect on the roof load.
The mixed rooftop recording system is a mixture of light weight and heavy weight, and maintains a low soil depth of 10 ~ 20cm, but partially makes hills to plant tall shrubs. Shrubs should be planted wherever structural strength is relatively strong.
Among the rooftop greening systems, the low-end roofing greening system corresponds to a low management-lightweight greening system, so the structural premise, water resistance (durability) and economic efficiency of the building are the basic premise. Management-Heavy-type greening system Depth of 20 cm or more is required. As the soil load is heavy, the load of the building increases, which affects the structural stability of the building and is not applicable to existing buildings. The lightweight rooftop greening system is applicable to both new and existing buildings due to the low load on the building. Especially, the rooftop greening system is applicable to the rooftop of existing buildings, which occupy a relatively large proportion in the city, Because of its shallowness, thermal insulation and thermal insulation performance is poor.
The "roofing system and its construction method" devised to solve the above problem is registered Patent No. 0553005. Referring to FIG. 1, the structure and construction method will be described. It is installed in the pressed layer (2) to protect the building from the pressed layer (3), the pressed concrete (3), which is placed on the pressed layer to protect the root layer (2) from mechanical and physical shocks, Waterproof layer (4) to prevent leakage, installed on the waterproof layer (4) and drainage layer (5) to prevent the drowning of plant roots by flooding the greening system due to a large amount of rain (rain water), fine grain soil system bottom Filter layer (6) with filtration function to prevent loss by rainwater, growing soil layer (7) as a base for continuous growth of plants, and planting planting plants at the top of greening system It is composed of floors (8). The rooftop greening system as described above is a low-maintenance-lightweight greening system with a depth of soil of 20 cm or less, but it is made of pressed concrete (3) which is poured to protect the floor layer (2). Due to the ease of overloading the building, it is difficult to use in existing buildings that are weak in stability of the building, and there is a problem in that the installation cost due to the pouring of pressed concrete increases. In addition, there is a problem that the heat shield and insulation performance is lower than the management-weight recording system.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an insulating layer by additionally configuring an air layer called a buffer zone in a low-light-weight rooftop greening system installed on the roof of a building. It can reduce the cooling and heating energy by improving the insulation performance by improving the insulation performance, and has a high insulation performance that can be applied to new buildings or existing buildings without affecting the structural stability without increasing the load due to soil depth. To provide a management-lightweight rooftop greening system and construction method.
Low management-lightweight rooftop greening system and construction method having a high insulation performance according to the present invention for solving the above problems, the waterproof layer to block the water leakage of the rooftop greening system sequentially to the building floor surface , The waterproofing layer and the roofing greening system that protects the building from the roots of plantings, and the rooftop greening system are flooded due to a large amount of rainwater to prevent drowning of the roots of plants and to drainage and rainwater that discharge water other than the effective moisture. Filter layer which prevents washed-off fine soil from being lost to the lower part of the system, growing soil layer that is the foundation for continuous growth of plants, and the top of the rooftop greening system, and are laminated with planting layers where plants are planted. The configuration is characterized by including a buffer zone between.
Preferably, the buffer zone is provided with a panel-shaped support having an "I" shape in longitudinal section, and an air layer is formed between the supports to insulate.
이상에서 설명한 것과 같은 특징을 갖는 본 발명에 따른 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템 및 시공 방법은, 기존의 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템에 비해 버퍼 존(buffer Zone)이 단열층 역할을 하여 단열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이에 따라 건축물 냉, 난방 에너지 절약에 상당한 효과가 있고, 더불어 토양의 하중은 증가되지 않아 구조적으로 취약한 기존 건축물에도 적용할 수 있고, 또한 옥상녹화시스템이 기본적으로 갖는 녹지에 의한 일사의 반사 및 증발산 작용이 도시 열섬화 현상을 완화시키는 효과가 있으며, 최소 10cm이내 토심의 옥상 녹화시스템은 토양층이 지닌 흡수능력과 증발량에 의하여 실제 강우량의 70% 내외의 우수(雨水) 유출 저감 효율이 있어 도시 홍수 예방에 효과가 있고, 또한 공기 정화, 수질 정화, 소음 감소, 도시 경관 향상 및 건물의 내구성 향상 효과 등의 다수의 괄목할 만한 효과를 볼 수 있다.Low management-lightweight rooftop recording system and construction method having high insulation performance according to the present invention having the features as described above, the buffer zone (buffer zone) compared to the conventional low management-lightweight rooftop recording system (insulation layer) It is possible to improve insulation performance, thereby significantly saving energy for building cooling and heating, and to apply to existing buildings that are structurally vulnerable because the soil load is not increased. The reflection and solar evaporation effect of solar radiation due to the greenery has the effect of alleviating the urban heat island phenomenon, and the rooftop greening system of the soil within 10cm is less than 70% of the actual rainfall due to the absorption capacity and evaporation of the soil layer. ) Emission reduction efficiency helps to prevent urban flooding, air purification, water purification, noise reduction, When you can see the number of interest phenomenal effects such as an increase in the durability of the effect of improving landscapes and buildings.
An embodiment of a low management-lightweight rooftop greening system and construction method having high insulation performance according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
2 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross-sectional state of a low management-lightweight rooftop greening system having a high insulation performance in which a
In the rooftop greening system that uses green artificial ground formed on the roof of a building according to the present invention to create greenery in the pedestrian space of the city, the
The low management-lightweight rooftop recording system has a rooftop floor (11), a waterproof layer (12), a root barrier layer (15), a drainage soil layer (16), a filter layer (17), a growing soil layer (18), and a planting layer (19). In general, the
The
The
When explaining the features of each of the above structure,
The
The
In the present invention, the
The
The
The
The growing
Planting layer (19) is the topmost component in the roofing greening system should be planted in consideration of maintenance, soil layer and soil characteristics. The plant should have dry, cold and moisture resistance. It is preferable to plant mainly ground cover plants, flowers and small shrubs.
The construction step of the rooftop greening system will be described below.
The
The low management-lightweight rooftop greening system and construction method configured as described above are rooftop greening systems that can be installed in new buildings as well as structurally vulnerable existing buildings by improving insulation performance without adding additional soil load.
