Claims (5)
- 분쇄한 질석분말을 소성하여 부피를 팽창시키고, 팽창질석과 점토, 에폭시수지, 페놀수지로 이루어진 유기바인더를 혼합하고 교반한 후, 성형기에 투입하고 가압성형하는 방법 등으로 얻어지는 공지의 질석 보드(10) 표면에 심재인 크라프트함침지층(21)과, 모양지층(22), 투명지층(23)으로 이루어지는 화장판(20)을 일체로 접합 성형하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 난연재로 표면처리된 내연성 실내장식재.
- 분쇄한 질석분말을 소성하여 부피를 팽창시키고, 팽창질석과 점토, 에폭시수지, 페놀수지로 이루어진 유기바인더를 혼합하고 교반한 후, 성형기에 투입하고 가압성형하는 방법 등으로 얻어지는 공지의 질석 보드(10) 표면에 심재인 크라프트함침지층(21)과, 모양지층(22), 투명지층(23)으로 이루어지는 화장판(20)을 일체로 접합 성형하고 내경이 다른 이단형 흡음공(30)을 천공하여 난연성 흡음 보드로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 난연재로 표면처리된 내연성 실내장식재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 화장판은 두께 0.1~0.15mm의 모양지층(22) 아래로 두께 0.2~0.5mm의 심재인 크라프트함침지층(21)을 형성하고 상기 모양지층(22)의 표면에는 두께 0.33mm의 내마모성 향상 코팅용의 변성 멜라민수지로 함침된 투명지층(23)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 난연재로 표면처리된 내연성 실내장식재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 모양지층(22)은 콜로이달 실리카 열경화성수지로 수용성이 가능한 페놀레졸, 멜라민, 요소 수지 등을 사용한 인산 염류의 난연제(TCEP, TPP, 인계고분자)로 멜라민 수지함량이 40∼65%인 멜라민고형분과, 멜라민고형분의 5∼15중량%인 콜로이달 실리카 또는 유리질화 프릿츠와, 멜라민 고형분의 5∼15중량%인 기타 인계 난연제와, 알파셀롤로즈 30~60%로 조성함을 특징으로 하는 난연재로 표면처리된 내연성 실내장식재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 심재인 크라프트지층(21)은, 페놀레졸 30~40%인 페놀고형분과, 페놀고형분의 5~10중량%인 콜로이달 실리카 또는 유리질화 프릿츠와, 페놀고형분의 5~20중량%인 인계 난연제와, 크라프트(KRAFT) 셀루로즈 50~60중량%로 조성함을 특징으로 하는 난연재로 표면처리된 내연성 실내장식재.
