Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bottle cap with an RFID tag and a product identification method using an RFID bottle cap. More specifically, an RFID tag for modifying information stored therein is installed on a bottle cap so that the authenticity and distribution information of a product can be determined. The identification information is provided and power is applied to the RFID tag installed on the bottle cap when the beverage bottle is attached to the bottle cap to delete some information of the RFID tag to prevent recognition, thereby preventing counterfeiting and collecting after use. The present invention relates to an RFID bottle cap and a product identification method using an RFID bottle cap that enables reuse by initializing existing information remaining in a tag.
RFID tags are now being widely applied as a means to uniquely identify a mounted object. For example, the RFID tag may be attached to expensive goods such as wine, liquor, or pictures, and may store various information related to the goods, such as manufacturing date information, country of origin information, manufacturer information, serial number, and manufacturer information of the expensive goods. . The manager of the article may not only facilitate the inventory of the article through the RFID tag mounted on the article, but may also be used as information to prove authenticity.
In particular, recently, fake liquor products forging expensive liquor products are being distributed, and in order to prevent such fake liquor products, an RFID tag is embedded to attach a genuine RFID tag and to tear the label when opened. A bottle cap or the like is provided to damage a genuine RFID tag attached to the label or to be opened by physical force or electric shock.
The label containing the RFID tag or the bottle cap designed to damage the RFID tag at the time of opening has a function of anti-counterfeiting, but the authenticity can be determined only before opening the label or the bottle cap, and physically damaged after opening. It is impossible to check any more, and it can not be recycled as it is damaged, which can cause environmental pollution. In addition, there is no ability to visually and audibly verify the opening of alcoholic beverages or beverages, so that consumers cannot immediately see them without special devices such as RFID readers.
In addition, in order for a consumer to recognize more detailed information, a function of confirming information of the RFID tag and confirming detailed information such as a distribution path is also required.
An object of the embodiments of the present invention for improving the above-mentioned problem is to install the RFID tag with a built-in power supply on the bottle cap, and when the bottle cap is opened, power is applied from the power supply to delete the existing information stored in the RFID tag. It is to provide a product identification method using an RFID bottle cap and an RFID bottle cap that enables counterfeit prevention.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an RFID bottle cap and a product identification method using an RFID bottle cap that is reusable by initializing the RFID tag when the bottle cap with the RFID tag is recovered.
Another object of the embodiments of the present invention by connecting a light emitting device or a speaker to the RFID tag attached to the bottle cap, the product using the RFID bottle cap and RFID bottle cap that can identify whether the user forgery or tampering by the flashing light or sound when the bottle cap is opened. To provide a verification method.
Still another object of the embodiments of the present invention is to recognize the RFID tag attached to the bottle cap using an RFID reader, and then check the authenticity by communicating with a server storing the RFID tag information in detail to determine the distribution path, forgery, etc. To provide a product identification method using an RFID bottle cap and an RFID bottle cap.
In order to achieve the above object, an RFID bottle cap according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with an RFID tag, and the RFID tag is a power supply for supplying power to the RFID tag when the bottle cap is opened, and an RFID reader capable of reading the RFID tag. And an antenna unit which reacts with the antenna, a light emitting unit which blinks light when the bottle cap is opened, an acoustic unit which outputs sound when the bottle cap is opened, and controls the power unit, the antenna unit, the light emitting unit, and the audio unit and is input from the outside through the antenna unit. And a central control unit for storing predetermined information such as manufacturing number and distribution information, and deleting some of the predetermined information according to a preset policy when power is input.
The power supply unit is designed to supply power to an RFID tag installed when the user removes the RFID bottle cap from a liquor bottle or beverage bottle to which the RFID bottle cap is attached, so that the user can confirm the opening of the corresponding liquor or beverage.
In order to allow the power supply of the power supply unit to be applied to the central control unit when opening the alcoholic beverage or beverage with the RFID bottle cap, for example, inserting a switch between one end of the power supply unit and one end of the central control unit and opening the alcoholic beverage or beverage. By turning on the switch, power can be applied to the central controller. In addition to the above examples, the opening may be applied in various ways.
The antenna unit operates in response to an RFID reader or an RFID input unit and transmits the information of the RFID tag to the outside or receives information input from the outside and stores the information in the central control unit.
The central control unit operates with a passive RFID tag that can operate even when there is no power supply when power is not supplied from the power supply unit, and reacts only when there is contact with an external device such as an RFID reader or an RFID input unit. When the power is supplied, it operates with an active RFID tag such as recognizing that the power is supplied and deleting the information stored therein.
The central control unit controls the power supply unit, antenna unit, light emitting unit, and sound unit, and may store predetermined information such as manufacturing number and distribution information input from the outside through the antenna unit, and also adds, updates, and stores information from the outside. In response to the deletion request, by adding, updating, and deleting the internal storage information, the distribution path may be updated to provide more various information to the consumer.
The central control unit receives power from the power supply unit when the alcohol or beverage is first opened, and when power is applied, recognizes the RFID tag by deleting all the existing information stored in the RFID tag or a part of the existing information necessary for the recognition of the RFID tag. Disabling prevents counterfeiting and prevents illegal distribution of alcoholic beverages or beverages.

The central control unit may further input information for limiting the range of distribution information among the existing information at the time of shipment of the RFID bottle cap, and compare the distribution information with the range of pre-stored distribution information when initially opening the RFID bottle cap. Even if the distribution information input to the normal RFID input device in the distribution stage of liquor or beverage is attached, if it is information that is not a pre-stored distribution range, it can be easily recognized that illegal distribution is produced by outputting abnormal blinking or abnormal sound through the light emitting unit or sound unit. To be.
The light emitting unit may perform an operation such as repeatedly blinking light under the control of the central controller so that the user may visually confirm the opening of the bottle cap.
The sound unit performs a specific sound output by the control of the central control unit to enable the user to confirm the opening of the bottle cap.
The light emitting unit and the sound unit output a specific blinking form or sound that can be seen by the user at the first opening of the bottle cap, and can be confirmed by the consumer, or when the liquor or beverage is opened without going through all distribution channels. When opened through an abnormal flashing form or unusual sound output to the consumer's attention to the abnormal distribution channel and whether the abnormal opening of the consumer can immediately determine.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for identifying a product using an RFID bottle cap and an RFID bottle cap may include installing an RFID tag having a power supply unit on a bottle cap, and applying power from the power unit to remove existing information stored in the RFID tag when the bottle cap is opened. By disabling recognition, anti-counterfeiting is possible, which prevents illegal distribution of alcoholic beverages or beverages.
