Claims (5)
- 전극이 형성되어 있는 압전체;일면 또는 양면에 상기 압전체가 부착되어 있는 탄성체;원형 또는 각형 형상의 막대인 이동축; 및상기 탄성체 및 상기 압전체 중 어느 하나 이상이 부착되어 있고, 상기 이동축을 따라 이동 가능하도록 되어 있는 이동체를 포함하여 이루어진 압전 리니어 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이동체는 상기 이동축의 적어도 일부를 감싸고 있는 구조이고,상기 이동체를 상기 이동축에 밀착하기 위한 밀착수단을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 모터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀착수단은,스프링으로 구현으로 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 모터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 압전체와 상기 탄성체는 그 중심부가 천공되어 있는 원판 형태이고,상기 이동체는 상기 중심부로 삽입되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전 리 니어 모터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 압전체와 상기 탄성체는,다각형의 판 형태이고, 상기 이동체의 일측 또는 양측에 부착되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 모터.
