유리 기판 상에 제 1 전극으로 ITO를 130nm의 두께로 형성하였고, 제 1 전극 상에 호스트로 DPVBi(4,4'-bis(2,2'-diphenyl vinyl) -1,1'-biphenyl)에 도펀트로 페릴렌(Perylene)을 2wt%의 농도를 혼합하여 청색 발광층을 25nm의 두께로 형성하고, 이어, 제 2 전극으로 Al막을 두께 150nm로 형성하여 유기발광 다이오드를 제조하였다.
