Abstract

PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for a sealing bar of a vacuum packing machine is provided to prevent a lower sealing bar from being overheated by cooling the lower sealing bar using air flow of a vacuum circuit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for a sealing bar of a vacuum packing machine comprises upper and lower sealing bars(16,22), a suction nozzle(24), a vacuum pump(30), and an air channel. The upper sealing bar is raised and lowered with a lever(14). The lower sealing bar is installed in the front side of a base(10) and a heater(20) is arranged on the top of the lower sealing bar. The suction nozzle is connected through an intake air filter(28) to the vacuum pump. An exhaust air filter(32) is connected to the exhaust side of the vacuum pump. The air channel is formed inside the lower sealing bar so that the inlet is connected through a tube(40) to the exhaust side of the vacuum pump and the outlet is connected to the intake side of the exhaust air filter.

통상적으로 필름포장물의 내부를 진공처리하여 내용물을 진공포장하기 위한 진공포장기는 히터가 상면에 배치되는 고정형의 하부실링바와 이에 대응하여 하부실링바에 대해 승강하는 상부실링바로 구성되어 필름포장물의 구부를 열접착으로 밀봉할 수 있도록 하며 하부 실링바와 상부실링바 사이에는 필름포장물이 밀봉되기전에 필름포장물의 내부의 공기를 빼내는 흡입노즐이 전후 또는 좌우로 이동할 수 있도록 배치된다. 그리고 이러한 흡입노즐은 에어필터를 통하여 진공펌프의 흡기측에 연결된다. 이러한 진공포장기에 있어서는 다른 접착포장기기의 경우와 마찬가지로 특히 히터가 배치되는 하부실링바의 과열을 방지하는 것이 중요하다. 히터가 배치된 실링바는 히터의 지속적인 작동으로 잔열이 누적되어 과열상태가 됨으로서 열접착의 불량상태가 유발될 수 있다. 일부의 경우에 있어서는 이러환 실링바의 과열 을 방지하기 위하여 히터의 동작시간중에 열접착을 위한 히터의 온도가 큰 변화없이 일정하게 유지되어 양호한 열접착이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 온도제어방식을 이용하는 것이 알려진 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 실링바에 잔열이 누적되는 것을 효과적으로 방지하기 위한 수단의 제공이 요구된다.Typically, a vacuum packaging machine for vacuum-packing the contents by vacuuming the inside of the film package is composed of a fixed lower sealing bar in which the heater is disposed on the upper surface and an upper sealing bar corresponding to the lower sealing bar to open the bend of the film package.
