Description

Fish Farm Drum Screen {DRUM SCREEN FOR FISHERY}

The present invention relates to a drum screen for fish farms, and more particularly, to reduce the load of the sorting tank to purify the contaminated water discharged from the fish tank of the fish farm and to damage the material by allowing the power source and the normal power transmission even if the sorting barrel is inclined The present invention relates to a drum screen for fish farms that can prevent malfunctions and simplify the structure.

In general, water contained in aquaculture tanks, such as fish farms, which farm various fish, is easily contaminated by ammonia (NH3), nitrous acid (HNO2), and food waste of various wastes generated during fish farming.

If the pollution is left unattended, there is a risk that fish may die from various diseases, and if the polluted water is discharged to the outside of the tank as it is, there is a risk of secondary pollution.

As such, a conventional method for purifying water contained in a fish farming tank is, for example, a circulation type in which the water in the tank is continuously discharged by a predetermined amount, purified by a drum screen, and then supplied with purified water to the tank.

Of course, the purification system is provided in addition to the drum screen, but the present invention relates to the drum screen, so only the drum screen will be described in detail.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the fish farm drum screen 1 according to the prior art comprises: a hollow case 2 having an inlet and an outlet; A sorting barrel 3 installed rotatably in the case 2 and provided with a sorting net 3a at a circumference thereof; A washing water spraying means (4) installed at the periphery of the sorting container (3) and spraying the washing water to drop foreign substances sorted by the sorting container (3) from the sorting container (3); A foreign matter collecting container (5) fixed inside the sorting container (3) and receiving foreign matters separated from the sorting container (3) by the washing water spraying means (4); It consists of the drive source 6 which rotates the sorting cylinder 5 in place.

The case 2 has a structure in which the sorting container 3 is sealed to the outside so that the contaminated water is supplied to the sorting container 3 and the purified water can be supplied.

The sorting tube 3 is composed of a cylindrical frame and a sorting net 3a fixed to a circumference of the frame with a bolt or the like. The sorting tube 3 of the above configuration rotates in place through the rotary shaft 7 connected to the driving source 6 to pass water among the contaminated water introduced therein and to leave foreign substances, thereby rotating in the state having foreign substances.

The rotating shaft 7 is rotatably penetrated through the case 1 while being fixed to the sorting tube 3 through a plurality of spokes 7a and the like.

The drive source 6 may be composed of a motor, a reducer, the reducer is connected to the rotary shaft 7 through a direct gear, etc. to rotate the rotary shaft 7.

The conventional fish farm drum screen configured as described above has the following problems.

Since the sorting cylinder 3 is rotated by the rotating shaft 7, the connection structure of the sorting cylinder 3 and the rotating shaft 7 by the plurality of spokes 7a, and the rotating shaft 7 are rotatable to the case 1. Since the supporting structure must be prepared, the overall structure is very complicated.

In addition, since the driving source 6 and the rotating shaft 7 are directly connected through a direct gear or the like, breakage occurs between the driving source 6 and the rotating shaft 7 when the selection cylinder 3 is inclined. There is also a problem that takes a long time and expensive costs to repair.

In order to solve this problem, there is a conventional technology that does not use a rotating shaft.

As shown in FIG. 3, the case is equipped with a plurality of support rollers 8 (shown in two in the drawing) for supporting the sorting tube 3. The support roller 8 is rotatably mounted in a position in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the sorting cylinder 3 and supports the sorting cylinder 3 while rotating by the frictional force when the sorting cylinder 3 rotates.

According to this conventional technique, the structure is simplified because the rotating shaft is not used. However, since the supporting roller 8 supports the sorting cylinder 3 from above, it is supported by the weight and dynamic load of the sorting cylinder 3. Since it concentrates on the roller 8, there is a problem that wear of the support roller 8 is increased. Eventually, the inclination of the sorting tube 3 is generated when the support roller 8 is worn, and the driving source is directly connected as described above, and thus holds the above problems.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, and to simplify the structure by rotating the screening cylinder without using a rotating shaft, reducing the frictional resistance of the screening screen by reducing and dispersing the self-weight and dynamic load of the screening, It is an object of the present invention to provide a drum screen for fish farms in which the driving source and the sorting can keep the connection state even if the inclination of the can occurs.

Fish farming drum screen according to the present invention for achieving the above object, the case and the fluid tank is connected in fluid communication; A sorting passage installed in the case so as to be rotatable in place and having a sorting network at a periphery to sort and rotate a foreign substance in the contaminated water introduced into the case; Washing water spraying means which is installed at the periphery of the sorting box and sprays the washing water to drop foreign substances sorted by the sorting box from the sorting box; A foreign matter collecting container which is fixed to the inside of the sorting box and receives a foreign matter separated from the sorting box by the washing water spraying means; A drive source for rotating the sorting cylinder in place; And, it is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of support rollers which are installed to be rotated in place on both sides of the lower side from the center of the sorting barrel to support the sorting cylinder from the bottom.

According to the drum screen for fish farms according to the present invention, since the support roller is supported at the bottom of the sorting barrel, the load applied to the support roller is less than when the support roller is suspended from the upper conventionally, so that the driving load of the sorting barrel is reduced. Accordingly, power consumption of the driving source can be reduced. And, the slip between the support roller and the sorting can be prevented to reduce the friction between the sorting bucket and the support roller can improve the durability of the material and extend the life.

In addition, even if the sorting box sag, the joint connecting the driving source and the sorting box can be normally delivered without breaking, thereby significantly reducing maintenance costs.

As shown in Figure 4 and 5, the fish farm drum screen 100 according to the present invention, the case 10, the sorting barrel 20, the washing water spraying means 30, the foreign material container 40, the drive source 50 And the support roller 60, and will be described in detail each component below.

The case 10 is a tubular structure that is equipped with a sorting container 20 therein and provides a space for producing purified water from contaminated water (water supplied from a tank in which fish is farmed, including feed and stools). In addition, an inlet 11 through which the contaminated water is introduced and an outlet 12 through which the purified water is discharged are provided.

The inlet 11 is disposed so that the contaminated water flows into the inside of the sorting vessel 20.

The outlet 12 may be formed on the opposite side of the inlet 11, as shown in the figure, or may be formed on the bottom of the case 10.

The water curtain 13 is installed on the inner surface of the case 10 so that the contaminated water flowing through the inlet 11 flows into the sorting tube 20. The water curtain 13 is elastically supported on the inner circumferential surface or the outer circumferential surface of the sorting vessel 20 so that the contaminated water passing through the inlet 11 does not leak out of the sorting vessel 20.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the sorting cylinder 20 is composed of a cylindrical frame 21 and a sorting net 22 mounted to the periphery of the frame 21.

The frame 21 may be composed of a plurality of circular rims and connecting rods connecting the rims, and the connecting rods are appropriately formed according to the size of the sorting net 22.

The sorting network 22 has a mesh structure and a porous protective frame may be coupled to one or more sides. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the sorting net 22 may include one or more mesh nets 22c and 22d interposed between the porous first and second protective frames 22a and 22b and the first and second protective frames 22a and 22b. It can be composed of).

The first and second protective frames 22a and 22b and the mesh nets 22c and 22d are detachably coupled by means of bolts and the like so as to be repaired by a selection requiring repair.

The holes of the first and second protective frames 22a and 22b are formed larger than the holes of the mesh nets 22c and 22d, and the mesh nets 22c and 22d are relatively outside of the same size or disposed inside. It is formed smaller than arranged on the side.

The sorting tube 20 may be configured such that the blocking plate 23 is formed at one side (the opposite side of the inlet 11) so that the contaminated water introduced therein passes through the sorting network 22.

The sorting cylinder 20 is connected to the driving source 50 without a rotating shaft and is driven to rotate in the case 10, which is embodied by the driving source 50 and the supporting roller 60.

The washing water spraying means 30 is installed at the periphery of the sorting vessel 20 and foreign matter remaining in the sorting network 22 of the sorting vessel 20 by spraying the washing water (or air) at a high pressure (not limiting the specific pressure). Drop.

The foreign matter container 40 collects foreign matters falling from the sorting box 20 and discharges them to the outside through the discharge pipe 41. Since there is no rotating shaft in the sorting box 20, the discharge pipe 41 is fixed to the case 10. It is installed in a way.

The drive source 50 may be composed of a drive motor 51 and a universal joint 51. The universal joint 51 has both sides connected to the driving motor 50 and the sorting cylinder 20, respectively, so that the rotational force of the driving motor 50 is not broken even when the angle of the sorting cylinder 20 changes. To pass.

For example, the support rollers 60 are installed on both left and right sides below the center of the sorting tube 20 in two symmetrical directions, for example, based on FIG. 5.

The plurality of support rollers 60 may be installed in the case 10 through the fixing bracket 61, respectively, and may also be connected to each other through the connecting bracket 62 to secure the supporting force.

In the figure it is shown that the connecting bracket 62 is installed in the case 10 through the fixing bracket 61.

The support roller 60 may be installed at two or more places on both the right and left sides of the sorting tube 20 and is supported on the circumferential surface of the frame 21.

When the support roller 60 and the frame 21 are in surface contact, the support roller 60 can support the frame 21 and prevent the twist of the sorting cylinder 20. Additionally, the sorting cylinder 20 and the support roller 60 are additionally supported. The guide groove 21a may be formed in the frame 21 so as to be able to bind the liver so as to prevent the twist of the sorting tube 20. That is, the support roller 60 supports the sorting tube 20 in a state where a part of the circumference portion is inserted into the guide groove 21a.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, the chain rail 24 is mounted on the periphery of the frame 21 of the sorting tube 20, and the support roller 60 is in the form of a sprocket fitted into the groove of the chain rail 24. Alternatively, the support roller 60 may be a pinion shape and a rack rail may be formed on the frame 21 of the sorting tube 20. That is, the sprocket support roller and the pinion support roller and each of the rails (chain type, rack type) are concave and convex.

The action of the drum screen for fish farms according to the present invention is as follows.

When the device starts operation, the rotational force of the drive motor 51, which is the driving source 50, is transmitted to the sorting tube 20 through the universal joint 52, so that the sorting cylinder 20 rotates.

The sorting cylinder 20 receives power from the driving source 50 and rotates in place, and the support roller 60 in contact with the periphery of the sorting cylinder 20 supports the sorting cylinder 20 while rotating in place by frictional force. . The support roller 60 receives less load than when it is supported by a suspension type from the top because it supports the sorting cylinder 20 at the bottom.

The contaminated water discharged from the water tank is introduced into the case 10 through the inlet 11. The contaminated water flows into the sorting vessel 20 and the water passes through the sorting network 22, but the foreign matter remains in the sorting network 22. Since foreign matter has a viscosity, it is adsorbed to the sorting network 22.

Therefore, the sorting cylinder 20 is rotated through the driving force of the driving source 50 and the supporting force of the support roller 60 in the state of adsorbing foreign matter.

When the sorting container 20 rotates while adsorbing the foreign matter, the foreign matter falls from the sorting container 20 by the washing water when passing through the washing water spraying means 30, and the foreign matter is collected in the foreign matter collecting box 40.

The foreign matter collected in the foreign matter collection box 40 is transferred to the discharge pipe 41 by inclining the foreign matter collection box 40 and then discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 41.

The discharged foreign matter and the purified water discharged through the discharge port 12 are reused through respective treatment processes, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

On the other hand, when the sorting cylinder 20 is inclined due to the wear of the support roller 60, the drive shaft of the driving motor 51 and the sorting cylinder 20 can be transmitted without breaking by the universal joint 52. .

Through the above action can be purified contaminated water discharged from the tank, the present invention because the sorting foreign matter by the sorting network 20, the repair and replacement of the sorting network 20 may occur from time to time. The present invention by loosening the bolts for assembling the first and second protection frame (22a, 22b) and the mesh net (22c, 22d) constituting the screening network 20 and replacing or repairing only those that require repair with a new one Can pay
