Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a temperature sensor for an induction cooker that has a stabilized temperature sensing function, and more particularly, a cooking temperature for a cooking vessel (pot or pan type) installed in the induction cooker and heated by the cookware. It is provided with a vortex shielding means to shield external heat (for example, heat due to eddy currents induced in the sensor lead) from being transmitted to the temperature sensor. The present invention relates to a temperature sensor for an induction cooker that can stably detect only a proper temperature of a cooking vessel at all times without malfunction due to heat interference.
Generally, an induction cooker has an induction coil for generating a magnetic field by applying a high voltage to a power source. When the induction cooker sends current to the induction coil installed under the upper plate of the cookware, a magnetic force line is generated in the induction coil, and when the magnetic force line passes through the bottom of the cooking vessel placed on the top plate, the induction cooker removes the bottom of the cooking vessel made of resistance (iron component). The vortex current is generated while passing, and the induction heating according to the generated vortex current is used to operate only the cooking vessel without heating the cooking plate top plate.
According to the induction cooking apparatus, when the heated cooking vessel is lifted from the upper plate of the cooking vessel, the heating is immediately stopped, and the energy is improved since energy is generated only at the portion where the cooking vessel touches, because it is not hot even when the upper plate is touched by hand. There is an advantage. Also, induction cookware does not generate flame or harmful gas, so there is little risk of fire, and there is no inevitable carbon monoxide generated when gas is used as a heat source. This is an increasing trend.
The induction cooking zone is provided with a plate coil for heating the cooking vessel, the coil is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting whether the heating temperature for the cooking vessel is appropriate. The temperature sensor is manufactured by putting an element inside the case forming the outer shape. Lead wires are connected to both sides of the case, and the lead wires are also connected to the inside of the case. According to whether or not the temperature sensor senses the temperature, the heating temperature (eddy current) of the induction cooker is adjusted as the power applied to the induction cooker is turned on / off.
However, according to the conventional induction cookware, the purpose of the original temperature sensor is to detect the temperature of the cookware, but induction heating phenomenon occurs in the lead wire due to the eddy currents of the induction cookware as well as the cookware. The lead wire itself generates heat, and the heat generated at this time is also detected by the temperature sensor. This results in a problem that the temperature of the lead wire is higher than the temperature of the case part to be actually sensed, making the measurement impossible.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to ensure that the temperature sensor which senses the temperature of the cooking vessel heated by the induction cooker is not influenced by the eddy current induced in the coil of the induction cooker, thereby ensuring the safety of the cooking vessel. An object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensor for an induction cooker that always has an optimal cooking environment with accuracy of detecting only a predetermined proper temperature.
The purpose of the induction cooker is to heat the cooking vessel by the eddy current generated while passing through the iron-containing bottom of the cooking vessel mounted on the upper plate magnetic force line induced in the coil installed on the upper plate. A temperature sensor sensing a predetermined temperature of a preset cooking vessel installed at a predetermined position of the upper plate and surrounding the lead wire of the temperature sensor, and shielding the eddy current generated from the coil from being transmitted to the temperature sensor. It is achieved by a temperature sensor for an induction cooking appliance comprising a vortex shielding means which prevents itself from generating heat.
The vortex shielding means may be made of a nonferrous metal penetrated therein.
Therefore, according to the temperature sensor for the induction cooking apparatus according to the present invention, the temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the cooking vessel heated by the induction cooking sphere so as not to be affected by the eddy current induced in the coil of the induction cooking sphere In addition, it is possible to create an effect of providing an optimum cooking environment at all times with the accuracy of detecting only a predetermined proper temperature of the cooking vessel.

The
