Abstract

The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device capable of stably swiveling a main body on which an image is displayed and preventing or mitigating tilting of the main body on which an image is displayed.

Description

Display device {DISPLAY DEVICE}

The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device capable of stably swiveling a main body on which an image is displayed and preventing or mitigating tilting of the main body on which an image is displayed.

The display device refers to a device for displaying an image or an image and sound supplied from the outside, and refers to a device including a television and a monitor.

Conventionally, CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) type display device has become mainstream, but recently, liquid crystal display (LCD), plasma display panel (PDP), organic light emitting diode (OLED), field emission display (FED) and 3D Displays are used a lot.

In particular, a display device in which the recent usage of LCDs (Liquid Crystal Display), PDP (Plasma Display Panel) or OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is increasing has a viewing angle compared to conventional CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) display device. This is relatively narrow.

Since display devices such as large flat-panel televisions are large in size and heavy in weight, it is difficult to adjust the viewing angle by lifting the display device.

In order to solve the disadvantage that the viewing angle is limited, many display apparatuses often provide a swiveling function to rotate the main body left and right.

In the related art, the number of parts required for implementing the swiveling of the main body on which the image is displayed is large, and the manufacturing process for assembling and fastening is long, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost and manufacturing time.

In addition, in the case of a large number of assembling parts, because of the large number of assembling labor, due to the assembly tolerance between the parts, large and heavy display devices such as large TVs easily wobble phenomenon occurs that it is difficult to support a solid there was.

When the main body on which the image is displayed is mounted on a stand, the neck portion of the stand is often mounted on the rear surface of the main body, and the load of the main body on which the image is displayed is concentrated on the panel portion on which the image is displayed. Accordingly, the stand on which the main body is mounted generates a rotational moment to be inclined in the front direction of the main body.

Even if the stand is made of a material having excellent rigidity, the degree of inclination of the main body may increase in proportion to the size and weight of the main body, and thus a method other than reinforcing rigidity of the material constituting the stand is required.

An object of the present invention is to provide a display device capable of stable swiveling of a main body on which an image is displayed and capable of preventing or alleviating tilting of the main body on which an image is displayed.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes a main body unit having a panel unit for displaying an image; A neck part mounted to the main body to support the main body; A base portion for distributing a load supported by the neck portion; Provided is a display device comprising a column member that is coupled to the base portion and coupled to the bottom surface of the neck portion to enable slip rotation with respect to the base portion, and the top surface coupled to the bottom surface of the neck portion inclined at a predetermined angle.

The neck part may include a neck member supporting a load of the main body and a neck cover surrounding the outside of the neck member, and a portion engaged with an upper surface of the column member may be a lower surface of the neck member.

In this case, a portion of the lower surface of the neck member contacting the inclined upper surface of the column member may have an inclination corresponding to the inclined upper surface of the column member.

Here, the lower surface of the neck member is composed of a recessed recessed recess, the lower surface of the inclined neck member may be formed in the recessed portion.

In addition, the inclination of the lower surface of the neck member and the upper surface of the column member may be formed so that the front direction of the main body is high.

In addition, the neck member and the column member may be fastened by at least one fastening means.

In this case, the assembly of the neck member coupled to the column member may be bound by a binding member to allow rotation by slip with respect to the base member.

In addition, the base portion may include a reinforcing plate for dispersing the load of the main body; and a base housing covering the upper portion of the reinforcing plate.

In this case, a slip member may be further provided between the column member and the reinforcing plate.

Here, at least one of the column member and the reinforcing plate may be made of a metal material.

The upper portion of the neck member includes a body inserting portion inserted into and inserted into a rear side of the main body portion, and a lower portion of the neck member is divided into a column fastening portion fastened to the column portion, and the body inserting portion fastens with the main body portion. At least one or more fastening holes may be formed.

According to the display device according to the present invention, stable swiveling of the main body portion having a panel portion on which an image is displayed is possible.

In addition, according to the display device according to the present invention, it is possible to alleviate or prevent the inclination of the main body portion inclined in the direction in which the main body portion including the panel portion for displaying the image is displayed.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein but may be embodied in other forms. Rather, the embodiments introduced herein are provided so that the disclosure may be made thorough and complete, and to fully convey the spirit of the present invention to those skilled in the art. Like numbers refer to like elements throughout.

1 is a perspective view and a side view of a display device according to the present invention. Specifically, Figure 1 (a) is a perspective view of a display device according to the invention, Figure 1 (b) is a side view of the display device according to the invention.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the display device according to an embodiment of the present invention has a display main body 100, a neck portion 200 supporting the display body 100, and a load transmitted by the neck portion 200. It is configured to include a base portion 300 that can be dispersed to stand the main body. The neck part 200 and the base part 300 constitute a stand 600.

The main body unit 100 includes a panel unit 140 including a flat panel display panel such as a PDP panel or an LCD panel. The panel unit 140 displays an image in a front direction of the main body 100.

Recent display apparatuses may be mounted on an installation surface (for example, a wall surface) by a wall mounting apparatus such as a wall mount, or may be installed using a stand on a table or the like.

When the display apparatus is mounted and mounted on a stand, the stand needs to stably support the main body 100 of the display apparatus.

Supporting the main body 100 stably is an important function of the stand. The neck part 200 which is directly fastened with the main body of the stand to transfer the load of the main body part 100 to the base part 300 may be inserted into or fastened to the rear surface of the main body part 100.

That is, the neck part 200 may be coupled to the rear side of the main body in order to minimize the portion in which the neck part 200 is exposed in the front direction of the display apparatus.

As shown in FIG. 1B, since the main body 100 is eccentrically forward with respect to the fastening portion of the neck portion 200, the fastening portion of the neck portion 200 and the main body portion 100. The rotation moment caused by the load of the main body portion 100 may occur and the tilting of the main body may occur.

The rotational moment due to the load of the main body 100 imposes a large burden on the fastening portion of the main body 100 and the neck 200, and the main body 100 is inclined forward by the rotational moment. Tilt of the part 100 may occur.

As the size of the main body 100 increases, the tilting phenomenon of the main body 100 may increase. Therefore, by changing the fastening method of the coupling portion of the body portion 100 and the neck portion 200 by minimizing the load applied to the coupling portion of the body portion 100 and the neck portion 200 and the panel portion to display an image There is a need for a method of reducing the inclination of the main body portion 100, which may be generated by the rotation moment due to the load by the 140 or the like.

In the display device according to the present invention, a method of reducing the inclination of the main body generated by the rotation moment by adjusting a coupling angle between the main body part 100 and the fastening part (not shown) of the stand is used.

Hereinafter, the specific method will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6.

2 is an exploded perspective view of a stand composed of a neck portion 200 and a base portion 300 of the display device according to the present invention. And, Figure 3 is a perspective view of the assembled state of the stand consisting of the neck portion 200 and the base portion 300 of the display device according to the present invention.

The stand may be configured to include a neck portion 200 that largely supports the load of the body portion 100 and a base portion 300 to distribute the load of the body portion 100 to the installation surface.

The neck part 200 is inserted into the body part 100 to surround the neck member 210 and the neck member 210 to substantially support the load of the body, and includes a neck cover 230 exposed to the outside. do.

Since the neck cover 230 is configured to form an elegant appearance by being exposed to the outside, it may be made of a plastic material or the like.

The neck member 210 may have a plurality of fastening holes 216 to be fastened by a separate fastening member after being inserted into or mounted on the rear surface of the main body part 100.

The base portion 300 for distributing the load of the main body portion 100 supported by the neck portion 200 to the installation surface is exposed to the upper surface and the base cover and the main body constituting the appearance of the base portion 300 It may be configured to include a reinforcing plate 330 made of a metal material for substantially distributing the load of the part 100.

The reinforcing plate 330 is substantially rotatably coupled with the neck portion 200 to distribute and transfer the load of the body portion 100 to the installation surface.

In addition, the display device according to the present invention may be configured to enable the swivel of the main body 100 in order to adjust the left and right viewing angle of the main body 100.

In order to be able to swivel the main body part 100, the neck part 200 should be rotatable with respect to the base part 300. To rotatably couple the body portion 100 to the base portion 300, a method of making the neck portion 200 supporting the load of the body portion 100 rotatable with respect to the base portion 300. This is possible.

In addition, when the load and the size of the main body 100 is large, it is preferable to lower the place where the rotation is performed for the stable swiveling. That is, the rotation by the slip may be performed at the interface between the base 300 and the neck 200.

Therefore, the base member 300, specifically, the slip member 500 may be provided on the upper surface of the reinforcing plate 330. The slip member 500 is a material that provides a smooth feeling of operation and does not easily break when the main body 100 mounted to the neck part 200 rotates, the reinforcing plate 330 of the base part 300, for example. For example, it may be made of a soft plastic material.

The slip member 500 may allow the neck part 200 to be rotated by slip with respect to the reinforcing plate 330.

As the method of allowing the neck portion 200 to slip-rotate with respect to the reinforcing plate 330, a method in which the neck portion 200 is directly rotatable to the reinforcing plate 330 is possible, but in between It is provided with a separate column member 400 to be configured to rotate relative to the column member 400 and the reinforcing plate 330 coupled to the neck member.

At least one of the column member 400 and the reinforcing plate 330 may be made of a metal material, and preferably, both the column member 400 and the reinforcing plate 330 are made of a metal material.

That is, the column member 400 is fastened by the neck member 210 and the fastening member of the neck part 200, and the column member 400 fastened with the neck member 210 is the base part 300. The reinforcing plate 330 and the slip member 500 is interposed between the rotatably.

That is, the assembly of the neck member 210 coupled with the column member 400 may be bound by a binding member to allow rotation by slip with respect to the base member.

2 shows an embodiment in which the binding bolt 350 is inserted from the top to the bottom of the column member.

That is, in the embodiment shown in Figure 2 as a method of rotatably binding the reinforcing plate 330 and the slip member 500 of the base portion 300 between the column member 400 is the reinforcing plate It is possible to bind using the binding bolt 350 so as to be rotatable with respect to 330.

The column member 400 may not be completely fixed to the reinforcing plate 330, and may remain rotatable enough to rotate the column member 400.

The reason why the column member 400 is provided separately is that when the neck member 210 is provided in plastic or the like, a column member 400 provided by a material such as metal is added to reinforce rigidity and the reinforcing plate 330. This is to enable a stable rotation about.

The column member 400 may be fastened at a lower portion of the neck member 210 and at least two fastening portions. The column member 400 may be manufactured using a metal plate in a deep drawing method.

In addition, the neck member 210 may be divided into a main body inserting portion 212 is inserted into the main body and fastened to the body according to the coupling object and a column fastening portion 214 fastened to the lower surface of the neck member 210.

The column fastening portion 214 of the neck member 210 which is fastened to the column member 400 is provided with a recess 215 into which the upper surface 410s of the column member 400 can be inserted. The column member 400 is fastened to the column fastening portion 214 of the neck member 210 with its upper surface 410s inserted into the recess 215.

A recess 215 is formed on a lower surface of the neck member 210 and the neck member 210 and the column member 400 are fastened by inserting the upper surface 410 s of the column member 400. The location can be easily determined, increasing the efficiency of the assembly and fastening process.

As shown in Figure 3, the lower portion of the neck member 210 of the stand, that is, the column fastening portion 214 is not exposed to the outside by the neck cover 230, the body insertion of the neck member 210 Only the part 212 is exposed to the outside may be inserted into the main body 100 when the fastening with the main body 100.

4 is a side cross-sectional view of the stand of the display device according to the present invention. Duplicate descriptions of the descriptions with reference to FIG. 2 or FIG. 3 will be omitted.

As described above, the neck cover 230 is wrapped around the column fastening portion 214 of the neck member 210 is not exposed to the outside.

The depression 215 formed on the bottom surface of the column fastening portion 214 is inserted into a portion including the top surface 410s of the column member 400.

The top surface 410s of the column member 400 may have a predetermined slope as shown in FIG. 4.

The column member 400 and the column fastening portion 214 of the neck member 210 are fastened at at least two places. That is, it may be fastened using a plurality of fastening members along the circumference of the upper surface of the column member 400.

Forming a predetermined inclination on the upper surface of the column member 400 is to alleviate the inclination of the body portion 100. When the upper surface (410s) of the column member 410 is formed high in the front direction of the main body, when the main body portion 100 due to the load of the main body portion 100 is inclined, the upper surface of the column member 410 A reaction force may be provided at 410s to mitigate or offset the tilt.

In addition, a portion of the lower surface of the neck member 210 which is in contact with the inclined upper surface 410s of the column member 400, that is, the lower surface 214s of the recessed portion 215 may have a diameter of the column member 400. It is preferable to have the inclination corresponding to the photographic upper surface. The inclined bottom surface 214s inside the recess 215 has the same slope as the inclined top surface 410s of the column member 400 so that the top surface of the column member 400 matches the bottom slope of the neck member. By doing so, the inclined upper surface 410s of the column member 400 and the lower surface 214s inside the recessed portion 215 may be configured to be in close contact with each other.

In summary, the neck part 200 includes a neck member 210 supporting the load of the main body and a neck cover 230 surrounding the outside of the neck member, and an upper surface 410s of the column member 400. The fastening portion is a lower surface of the neck member 210, and a portion of the lower surface of the neck member contacting the inclined upper surface 410s of the column member 400 has an inclination corresponding to the inclined upper surface of the column member. It may have, the lower surface of the neck member 210 is composed of a recessed recessed portion 215, the inclined lower surface 215 of the neck member 210 is formed in the depression.

The inclined structure of the column member 410 may have an inclination of the top surface 410s of the column member 410 to obtain the effect of tilting the main body to the rear.

Therefore, when the inclination of the main body occurs due to the load of the main body part 100, the inclination of the main body is relieved from the inclined surface of the upper surface of the column member 400.

Since the inclined top surface 215 of the column part may allow the neck member 210 to be inclined rearward, the inclined top surface of the column member 400 may eventually be caused by a load on the main body part 100. The inclination of the main body portion 100 due to the generated rotation moment can be alleviated.

Therefore, the inclination of the main body can be alleviated by forming an inclined gradient artificially on the upper surface of the column member 400 of the stand shown in FIG.

5 is a side cross-sectional view of a display device according to the present invention. The display device shown in FIG. 5 may be standing by the stand. The main body insertion part 212 of the neck member 210 constituting the stand may be inserted into a rear surface of the main body part 100 to be fastened by a separate fastening member. The fastening member may be fixed by fastening the main body insertion unit 212 and the rear cover 150 together.

As shown in FIG. 5, the main body unit 100 includes a panel unit 140 on which an image is displayed, and a rear surface of the panel unit 140 for processing an image signal or an audio signal provided from the outside. A circuit unit 130 in the form of a substrate on which components are mounted may be provided.

The front edge of the panel unit 140 is supported by the front cover 120 and the panel unit 140 and the circuit unit 130 are blocked by the rear cover 150. The front cover 120 and the rear cover 150 are fastened to accommodate the panel unit 140.

Therefore, the load of the main body portion 100 is concentrated on the panel portion 140 accommodated by the front cover 120 and the rear cover 150 and the stand is mounted on the rear surface of the main body portion 100. Since it may be, the inclination of the body portion 100 may be alleviated by the inclined upper surface of the column member 400 constituting the stand.

6 is a rear perspective view of the display device according to the present invention. The body inserting portion 212 of the neck member 210 is inserted into the back or bottom surface of the main body 100 and may be fastened by a separate fastening member. The column member 400 having an inclined upper surface may alleviate the tilting of the main body 100 due to the load of the main body 100, and the reinforcing plate in the state in which the column member 400 is engaged with the neck member 210. Slip rotation is possible with respect to 330.
