Description

필터 엘리먼트 및 필터 시스템{FILTER ELEMENT AND FILTER SYSTEM}
본 발명은, 특히 내연 기관의 흡입 공기(intake air)를 위한 필터 엘리먼트 및 필터 시스템에 관한 것이다.
미국 특허 공보 US 4,720,292는 하기의 특징을 갖는 공기 필터를 개시한다: 축 방향 출구 개구 및 제거가능한 커버에 의해서 밀폐될 수 있는 대체로 개방된 제2 단부를 구비하는 하우징. 하우징의 주위에는 공기 입구 개구가 배치되어 있다. 하우징에는, 내부 지지 튜브를 구비하는 대체로 원통형의 필터 엘리먼트, 및 외부 지지 튜브를 구비하는 필터가 존재하며, 필터 엘리먼트는 하우징에 동축으로 배치된다. 하우징에 대한 필터 엘리먼트의 밀봉 작용은, 대체로 원통형이며 반경 방향 내향으로 배향되는 표면을 갖고 출구 부품의 내측 영역에 대해서 밀려지는 환형 단부 플레이트에 의해서 구현된다.

Claims (13)

  10. 제6항에 있어서,
    밀봉 컨투어는 2 개의 동심으로 연장되는 환형 홈(31, 32) 및 2개의 환형 홈 사이에 배치되는 밀봉 스테이(33)로 구성되며, 환형 홈은 홈 바닥에 리브(20, 21)를 구비하며, 밀봉 스테이(33)는 필터 엘리먼트의 밀봉 홈(16)보다 작은 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
  11. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
    입구(28)의 영역에는 사이클론 커터(34)가 제공되며, 하우징(26) 또는 커버(27) 상에는 먼지 출구(35)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
  12. 제6항에 있어서,
    필터 엘리먼트(10)의 내부에 위치되는 2차 부재(36)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
  13. 제9항에 있어서,
    2차 부재(36)는 나사 연결에 의해서 하우징(26)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 시스템.
