실험 결과로부터 알 수 있듯이, 항균제를 포함하는 실시예 1 및 비교예 3~4의 조성물은 자연적으로 균이 증가되는 비교예 1 ~ 2의 조성물에 비해, 24시간 경과 후 균수가 현저하게 감소하여 균 감소율이 99% 이상에 달하는 우수한 항균 효과를 나타내었다. 이는 세균 및 곰팡이의 발생 및 증식을 은(Ag) 입자가 억제하고 악취를 제거하여 위생적임을 나타낸다. 또한 항균제를 포함하면서 내후안정제를 포함한 실시예 1 및 비교예 4의 변색도가 역시 항균제를 포함하면서 내후안정제를 포함하지 않은 비교예 3와 대비하여 변색도가 낮으며, 이는 가공중의 높은 온도나 공기중의 수분에 의한 항균제의 변색을 내후안정제를 첨가함으로써 변색의 촉진을 억제시켜 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 핵제를 포함한 실시예 1 및 비교예 2, 3의 열변형온도 역시 핵제를 포함하지 않은 비교예 1~2 및 비교예 4에 대비하여 높은 값을 보이며 이는 그만큼 높은 내열성을 가진다는 의미이다.As can be seen from the experimental results, the compositions of Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 3 to 4 containing the antimicrobial agents were significantly reduced after 24 hours compared to the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 2, which naturally increased bacteria.
