상기 제1 전극과 상기 하강 계단형 전극 및 상승 계단형 전극 사이에 형성되되, 상기 제1 전극과 반대 극을 가지는 제2 전극을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 전극 패턴을 가지는 정전척.
