The present invention relates to a disposable powder tea in which coffee or traditional herbal tea powder is sealed in a bag of a certain shape together with various sweeteners such as sugar. In particular, the present invention is characterized in that a rod is built in the bag. Therefore, when the powder tea is dissolved in water, it is possible to easily dissolve by using a rod, so that the use of the disposable powder tea is very easy.
