Claims (5)
- 차속, 전방 장애물과의 거리를 기초로 계산된 충돌시간(TTC)을 미리 설정된 임계값과 비교하여, 그 결과에 따라 차량을 제어하는 운전자 안전 시스템으로서,차속 및 강수에 따른 노면과의 마찰력에 따라 임계값을 변화시키며, 차속이 클수록 노면과의 마찰력이 작을수록 임계값을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전자 안전 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강수에 따른 노면과의 마찰력을 와이퍼 설정 속도를 기초로 판단하며, 와이퍼 설정 속도가 빠를수록 노면과의 마찰력이 작은 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전자 안전 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 차속 및 와이퍼 설정 속도에 따라 임계값에 가중치를 달리 부여하여 미리 테이블화시킨 임계값 데이터와 계산된 충돌시간을 비교하여, 그 결과에 따라 차량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전자 안전 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 임계값은,적어도, 노면이 건조한 상태임을 가정하여 차속 및 전방 장애물과의 거리에 따라 미리 산출된 충돌시간에 해당하는 제동시간과, 이 제동시간 보다는 큰 값을 갖는 경고시간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전자 안전 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 충돌시간과 임계값을 비교하여, 충돌 위험 정도에 따라 적어도 경고 출력, 제동, 시트벨트 조임 중 하나 이상을 위한 제어를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전자 안전 시스템.
