- 여과조 및 여과박을 구비하는 맥주 여과장치에 있어서,상기 여과박의 상부에 이격되며, 여과 공정시 회전 가능한 교반날; 및상호 이격되어 상기 교반날에 결합하며, 상기 여과박의 상부와 이격된 복수개의 교반판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반날은 수평 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반판은 직사각형의 형태의 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반판은 회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반판은 상기 교반날과 30 내지 75도의 각도를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반날은 상기 여과 공정시 60 내지 90rpm으로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥주 여과장치.
