A far infrared ray-radiating sheet improves taste and flavor of food and suppresses multiplication of bacteria and the like by radiating far infrared rays onto food using heat generated by a heating unit. A far infrared ray-radiating sheet(130) comprises two synthetic resin sheets and a ceramic filler. The synthetic resin sheets are pressure-sensitive adhesive films(132,136). The ceramic filler is filled between the sheets and radiates far infrared rays when the ceramic filler is heated by an external heat source. The ceramic filler is a loess powder(134).
