Abstract
The heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention is intended to spread food waste generated at home by fermentation-drying using useful microbial groups to primarily reduce pollution and make small for recycling resources. All garbage generated from homes, catering establishments, and large restaurants relies entirely on landfills, and when decommissioned, landfills cause odors and cause subsidence problems. In addition, food waste is highly perishable, which is expected to cause severe odor and secondary pollution during transportation. Moreover, throughput has been limited in recent years due to controversy over the location selection of landfills. If you look at the equipment for treating food waste that has been studied so far, it can be classified into fermentation, dry fermentation, drying, composting, and incineration. We prefer fast devices that reduce processing time, but if you understand the principle of composting, fast time alone is not the standard of choice. Investigation of the compost value of by-products produced by a device, which is said to be most rapid, can lead to disturbances in plant growth, since organics are not completely degraded. While incineration and drying have a short treatment time, they tend to be inferior in terms of recycling and economics compared to composting. Considering that the composted products can be recycled in the long term, fermentation, decomposition and composting are considered most suitable for food treatment. To do this, it is necessary to completely decompose organic matter over time so as not to adversely affect the plant. Under these objectives, food wastes are fermented and dried first with a culture medium from a family of useful microorganisms to reduce odors, moisture, and volume, thereby contributing to the disposal of food waste in each municipality, and furthermore, to create a pleasant and odorless environment. To protect the heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention, the following principles and concepts were applied and developed according to specifications.

Description
The heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention is a kind of food waste processor for reducing the pollution due to odor and corruption, and generally, food waste processors apply the following methods and techniques.
(Dehydration method) Dehydration method is used to remove food waste by compressing, crushing, and high-speed rotation, so it can be used in small-drained households, but it is small in capacity to be used in restaurants or catering establishments that emit relatively large quantities. In addition, there is a problem of odor and disposal of the dehydrated waste liquid, and most of them are discharged to the sewer without permission act as another source of pollution.
(Drying method) The drying method is to dehydrate food wastes to remove water and then dry them by applying heat, which can reduce the volume of food wastes by 80 to 90%. Pretreatment, dehydration (crushing, compression, high speed rotation), drying, deodorization, dust removal are necessary here. Prior to mechanical treatment such as grinding, compression and high speed rotation, it is necessary to remove foreign substances, and a device capable of controlling odor and dust generated during dehydration and drying is needed.
(Fermentation drying method) Fermentation drying method is a method in which fermentation and drying occur simultaneously by setting a temperature higher than the fermentation temperature by installing hot air or a heater in the fermentation tank. This method sets the internal temperature of the reactor to 60 ° C or more from the beginning, induces composting by microorganisms, and simultaneously removes moisture to dry the organic matters. Therefore, the by-products produced in the fermentation drying method is a state that most of the organic matter is not decomposed, so it cannot be used directly as a fertilizer, and needs to be used after aging through the fermentation step once more.

Run through the expansion space to the condensation unit. At this time, the remaining heat medium composition in the liquid state, which has not been boiled yet, evaporates with the rising gas and sequentially heats up and splashes to the condensation part, transferring heat evenly to each part of the container and returning it again. When heat is supplied, the heat medium composition with various properties in the container is latent heat due to phase change between solid, liquid, and gas, such as heat storage, vaporization, diffusion, rising, exothermic, condensation, cooling, falling, regression, etc. The heat transfer action using (heat of vaporization and heat of sublimation) was adopted as the principle. The light and heat energy radiated from the sun pass through the zero-gravity hollow space and quickly reach the earth, applying the principle of convection and radiant heat that warms the atmosphere and the surface. In order to prevent the rupture of the container due to thermal expansion, the expansion chamber was secured enough for active heat transfer by filling the heat medium composition at a ratio of 9.5% to 10.5% compared to 100% by volume. New vacuum treatment technologies have been developed and applied for decompression and removal of job air.

▶PN접합에 의한 발전원리 ▶ Principle of Power Generation by PN Joining
Solar cell is a semiconductor represented by silicon and is naturally developed by the development of semiconductor technology and semiconductor characteristics. The solar cell has a structure in which N-type semiconductors with different electrical properties and P-positive semiconductors are bonded together, and two semiconductor boundaries are called PN-junctions. When sunlight hits these solar cells, the sunlight is absorbed into the solar cell, and holes (+) and electrons (electrons) Particles (holes and electrons) having electricity of-) are generated and move freely in the solar cell, but electrons (-) are collected toward the N-type semiconductor and holes (+) are toward the P-type semiconductor, thereby generating potential. For this reason, when a load such as a light bulb or a motor is connected to the electrodes attached to the front and rear surfaces, current flows, which is the principle of photovoltaic power generation by PN junction of solar cells.
[PN접합에 의한 태양광 발전의 원리] [Principle of Photovoltaic Power Generation by PN Junction]
A typical crystalline silicon solar cell is based on a P-type silicon semiconductor in which boron is added to silicon, and is formed by diffusing phosphorous on its surface to form an N-type silicon semiconductor layer. Electric field is generated by this PN junction. When light enters the solar cell, electrons (-) and holes (+) in the semiconductor are excited to move freely inside the semiconductor, and then move freely to the PN junction. When it enters the electric field generated by electrons, electrons (-) reach N-type semiconductors and holes (+) reach P-type semiconductors.
Current is generated when electrons flow to an external circuit by forming electrodes on the surface of P-type semiconductor and N-type semiconductor.

In the compost maturation field, composting with aeration and stirring produces less than 45% water content. In order to remove the odor generated during operation of the composting facility, the odorous substances generated in the mixing, conveying and screen aging processes are collected and transferred to the main composting facility, and the odorous materials transferred to the main composting facility are passed through the compost layer by extrusion. It is then removed by passing through a biofilter (microbial deodorizing phase), which is an odor removal facility.

Earthworm breeding technology consists of the process of dehydrating and aging food waste to provide earthworm food. First, dehydration using a dehydrator, mixed with sawdust, chaff, etc., fermentation and fermentation for 1 month by adding fermentation agent, and then mixed with aged compost and other sludge to prepare earthworm food. The prepared earthworm food is sprayed once or twice a week at the height of 10㎝ to the earthworm breeding ground, and it is suitable for the growth of earthworms by maintaining water sprinkling and optimum temperature (15 ~ 25 ℃) to maintain proper humidity (65 ~ 75%). Maintain the condition. The cumulative amount sprayed for two years is about 30cm high, and when the maximum height is 1m, the earthworm and mature soil are separated and the earthworm is sold as a chemical raw material, and the mature soil is used for high quality compost for germination. It is important to maintain proper humidity and temperature, and it is required to install facilities to remove odors due to composting. Various food waste treatment technologies such as the above can lead to the recycling of resources to conserve the environment and save energy. These technologies can be done by the local government because of the large installation cost and size, but it is considered that if the resource recycling movement is started and activated from each home of the most basic stage, it will be able to solve the food waste disposal problem very simply. The heat medium electric food waste dryer using microbial group was developed for the home by the following configuration, so that effective recycling and treatment can be occurred at the source.

For convenience of fabrication assembly, a case (0.5T) divided into upper and lower parts is wrapped in a thermal insulation material (50T) coated on the outer circumferential surface of the pressure-resistant jacket tank, and the heat medium composition is placed at the bottom of the empty space inside the pressure-resistant jacket tank. Fill 9.5% to 10.5% (2.7L) of the volume of the container (27.5L) to 100% to secure the expansion space for sufficient activity when the heat medium composition vaporizes, diffuses, expands, and evaporates the heat medium. Electricity that will be a heat source for conducting and controlling hollow (10-3 trillion torr of -10) to reduce resistance, remove miscellaneous air, and halve the expansion pressure to actively heat transfer action, and transfer heat to the heat medium composition Where the cartridge heater (power consumption: 600W) and the heater pocket (pocket), which is a fixed member to accommodate the heater, are cooled down and gathered down under the influence of gravity, they are airtight toward the bottom of the pressure-resistant jacket tank. And a flange (3T) having a predetermined width (100 mm) and a diameter (500 mm) attached to the upper edge portion of the cylindrical food waste container, and the cylindrical waste food waste. A flange of a certain width and diameter is attached to the upper edge of the barrel, and a discharge port is formed under the flange to discharge fermentation gas and water generated in the waste bin, and on the flange, the same material having the same size as the flange outer diameter is placed on the flange. The useful microbial group diluent storage tank, which is an integral lid with a flange shape, is easily opened and closed by attaching feldspar and handle. The integrated lid and useful microbial group diluent storage tank are diluted and cultured with the useful microorganism group active liquid. Submerged tank for dilution injection with multiple holes runs to protrude at the bottom, and useful microbial dilution Section is connected via a tank and the flow path, manual injection by the injection amount control valve, so that fermentation was easy. The inlet and stopper of the useful microbial dilution storage tank are placed in the scientific position so that the diluent does not flow out at the opening and closing. The stopper is in the form of a measuring cup for easy measurement when diluting the culture medium. Control unit (control box) with advanced functions such as sense and status display lamp, solar cell module array, charging circuit, storage battery, current controller and natural electric energy by current meter It is characterized by having a power supply system and system, making the heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention, dilution of the culture medium cultured by cultivating the microbial group active stock solution useful in the dilution storage tank with clear water (clear 100: 1) ratio of water and useful microbial culture medium to store in storage tank and supply power Now, the heat medium composition inside the pressure jacket tank starts to react, and the electrical energy is converted into heat and kinetic energy by repeated natural circulation such as heat storage, vaporization, diffusion, ascending, exotherm, cooling, falling, and regression. It happened constantly and began to dry the food inside the bins, receiving heat from the electric cartridge heater. In order to promote the cultivation and fermentation of the useful microbial group, the set temperature inside the dryer was set at 70 degrees. Open it and sprinkle it evenly on food waste. The gas produced by fermentation by the useful microorganisms evaporated with moisture through the outlet but dried well without smelling. Only about a third of the original input remained, and the food waste was lightly dried as well as bulky. Continuous food waste was put in, and the amount of useful microbial group culture was controlled to spray evenly until the trash can was full. The electricity bill consumed for about 15 days has incurred about 4,000 won. Well-fermented food wastes could be used as fuel for feed, organic fertilizers, or sawdust or waste vinyl. Depending on the type of food waste, housewives are wisely separated from their homes, paying little attention to the multipurpose recycling resources, which can prevent the environmental pollution caused by food waste. Alternatively, it can be used for fuel to obtain additional benefits, which can be seen as the effect of two birds.
