Abstract

A method of sharing television (TV) content with a remote device includes receiving (100; 140) a signal or data representative of TV content. In response to a user command, the mobile phone (10) selects a portion of TV content to be sent to a remote device. A message including the selected TV content is created (110; 160) or otherwise triggered and sent to a remote device. The mobile phone (10) and associated application program (38) allows a user to share easily a TV moment while continuing to watch TV on the mobile phone (10).
