Claims (8)
- 디코딩 완료된 화상을 참조 화상으로서 유지하는 버퍼를 관리하기 위한 명령을 코딩한 정보와, 코딩된 화상의 화소 데이터를 포함하는 스트림을 생성하는 스트림 생성장치로서,상기 명령을 코딩한 제1 정보를 부가한 제1 코딩된 화상이, 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상인지 여부를 판정하는 판정 수단과,상기 판정 수단에서 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 제1 정보가 나타내는 명령과 동일한 내용을 제2 정보로서 코딩하는 코딩 수단과,상기 제1 코딩된 화상보다도 디코딩 순서가 뒤이고, 상기 특수 재생시에 스킵되지 않는 화상에 대응하는 제2 코딩된 화상에 상기 제2 정보를 부가함으로써 스트림을 생성하는 생성 수단을 구비하는 스트림 생성 장치.
- 디코딩 완료된 화상을 참조 화상으로서 유지하는 버퍼를 관리하기 위한 명령을 코딩한 정보와, 코딩된 화상의 화소 데이터를 포함하는 스트림을 생성하는 스트림 생성방법으로서,상기 명령을 코딩한 제1 정보를 부가한 제1 코딩된 화상이, 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상인지 여부를 판정하는 판정 단계와,상기 판정 단계에서 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 제1 정보가 나타내는 명령과 동일한 내용을 제2 정보로서 코딩하는 코딩 단계와,상기 제1 코딩된 화상보다도 디코딩 순서가 뒤이고, 상기 특수 재생시에 스킵되지 않는 화상에 대응하는 제2 코딩된 화상에 상기 제2 정보를 부가함으로써 스트림을 생성하는 생성 단계를 포함하는 스트림 생성 방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 스트림 생성장치에 의해 생성된 스트림을 재생하는 스트림 재생장치로서,특수 재생 시에 디코딩하는 코딩된 화상을 특정하는 특정 수단과,상기 특정수단에 의해 특정된 코딩된 화상만을 디코딩하는, 코딩된 화상 디코딩 수단을 갖고,상기 코딩된 화상 디코딩 수단은,코딩된 화상에 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보가 부가되어 있는 경우에, 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보를 디코딩하는 제1 디코딩 수단과,상기 제1 디코딩 수단에 의해 디코딩된 명령의 내용에 의해 버퍼를 관리하는 버퍼 관리 수단과,디코딩하는 코딩된 화상이 다른 화상을 참조하고 있는 경우에는, 상기 버퍼에 유지되고 있는 참조 화상을 참조해, 코딩된 화상을 디코딩하는 제2 디코딩 수단을 구비하는 스트림 재생장치.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 스트림 생성장치에 의해 생성된 스트림을 재생하는 스트림 재생방법으로서,특수 재생 시에 디코딩하는 코딩된 화상을 특정하는 특정단계와,상기 특정단계에서 특정된 코딩된 화상만을 디코딩하는, 코딩된 화상 디코딩 단계를 포함하고,상기 코딩된 화상 디코딩 단계는,코딩된 화상에 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보가 부가되어 있는 경우에, 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보를 디코딩하는 제1 디코딩 단계와,상기 제1 디코딩 단계에서 디코딩된 명령의 내용에 의해 버퍼를 관리하는 버퍼 관리 단계와,디코딩하는 코딩된 화상이 다른 화상을 참조하고 있는 경우에는, 상기 버퍼에 유지되고 있는 참조 화상을 참조해, 코딩된 화상을 디코딩하는 제2 디코딩 단계를 포함하는 스트림 재생방법.
- 디코딩 완료된 화상을 참조 화상으로서 유지하는 버퍼를 관리하기 위한 명령을 코딩한 정보와, 코딩된 화상의 화소 데이터를 포함하는 스트림을 기록매체에 기록하는 기록방법으로서,상기 명령을 코딩한 제1 정보를 부가한 제1 코딩된 화상이, 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상인지 여부를 판정하는 판정 단계와,상기 판정 단계에서 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상이라고 판정된 경우에, 상기 명령과 동일한 내용을 제2 정보로서 코딩하는 코딩 단계와,상기 제1 코딩된 화상보다도 디코딩 순서가 뒤이고, 상기 특수 재생시에 스킵되지 않는 화상에 대응하는 제2 코딩된 화상에 상기 제2 정보를 부가함으로써 스트림을 생성하는 스트림 생성 단계와,상기 스트림을 기록매체에 기록하는 기록단계를 포함하는 기록매체에 기록하는 기록방법.
- 디코딩 완료된 화상을 참조 화상으로서 유지하는 버퍼를 관리하기 위한 명령을 코딩한 정보와, 코딩된 화상의 화소 데이터를 포함하는 스트림이 기록된 기록 매체와, 상기 스트림을 재생하는 재생장치로 구성되는 재생 시스템으로서,상기 기록매체에 기록된 스트림은,상기 명령을 코딩한 제1 정보를 부가한 제1 코딩된 화상이, 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상인 경우에, 상기 제1 코딩된 화상보다도 디코딩 순서가 뒤이고, 상기 특수 재생시에 스킵되지 않는 화상에 대응하는 제2 코딩된 화상에, 상기 제1 정보가 나타내는 명령과 동일한 내용을 코딩한 제2 정보가 부가되는 구조를 가지며,상기 재생장치는,특수 재생시에 디코딩하는 코딩된 화상을 특정하는 특정수단과,상기 특정수단에 의해 특정된 코딩된 화상만을 디코딩하는, 코딩된 화상 디 코딩수단을 갖고,상기 코딩된 화상 디코딩 수단은,코딩된 화상에 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보가 부가되어 있는 경우에, 상기 명령을 코딩한 정보를 디코딩하는 제1 디코딩 수단과,상기 제1 디코딩 수단에 의해 디코딩된 명령의 내용에 의해 버퍼를 관리하는 버퍼 관리 수단과,디코딩하는 코딩된 화상이 다른 화상을 참조하고 있는 경우에는, 상기 버퍼에 유지되고 있는 참조 화상을 참조해, 코딩된 화상을 디코딩하는 제2 디코딩 수단을 구비하는 스트림 재생 시스템.
- 디코딩 완료된 화상을 참조 화상으로서 유지하는 버퍼를 관리하기 위한 명령을 코딩한 정보와, 코딩된 화상의 화소 데이터를 포함하는 스트림으로서,상기 명령을 코딩한 제1 정보를 부가한 제1 코딩된 화상이, 특수 재생시에 스킵할 수 있는 화상에 대응하는 코딩된 화상인 경우에, 상기 제1 코딩된 화상보다도 디코딩 순서가 뒤이고, 상기 특수 재생시에 스킵되지 않는 화상에 대응하는 제2 코딩된 화상에, 상기 제1 정보가 나타내는 명령과 동일한 내용을 코딩한 제2 정보가 부가되어 있는 구조를 가지는 스트림.
- 청구항 7에 기재된 스트림이 기록된 기록매체.
