Abstract

A menu display method of a terminal is provided to be capable of simultaneously displaying two layers of menus such as a selected menu and a lower menu of the selected menu, thereby increasing convenience of menu selection. A communication unit performs a transceiving function of data by using a wireless communication network. An input unit(105) transmits an input signal inputted by a user to a controller(109) to control operation of a terminal. The input unit receives a menu view request signal and a menu selection signal from the user to transmit the received signals to the controller. The input unit receives a menu circulation signal which demands circulation of a menu displayed on a track. The controller displays the menu on the first track if a circulation ring display mode is set. The controller decides whether a lower menu of the selected menu exists. If so, the controller displays the lower menu on the second track connected to the selected menu.
