Abstract

A method for preparing a powder cosmetic formed by a combination of molded objects divided into various colors is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve productivity by preparing the powders divided into the various colors by border lines inside of a single case, thereby being very economical and satisfying the consumer need by combining sizes and colors of the molded objects in accordance with taste, preference, and frequency of the consumer. A method for preparing a powder cosmetic formed by a combination of molded objects divided into various colors comprises the steps of: (a) after cutting a highly viscous wet powder supplied from an extruding device, filling it up with a base molding frame; (b) pressing the base molding frame filled up with the powder using a press device; (c) after taking the pressed powder out of the base molding frame, cutting the powder using a cutter into divided molded objects; (d) isolating the divided molded objects from the cutter; (e) facing sides of the isolated divided molded objects one another to insert them into an inside dish in accordance with volume and shape of the dish; and (f) pressurizing the upper portion of the inside dish using an upper frame press device.
