Abstract

A navigation system of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to watch television and to listen to the radio as well as to use a navigation function by adding video/audio control modules and a navigation control module to one system. A navigation system(10) of a vehicle comprises a video signal control module(16) outputting a video signal in relation to television video media, a navigation control module(20) showing the current position of a driver, road information and an optimal route to a destination using a GPS(global positioning system) and an audio signal control module(18) outputting an audio signal in relation to radio audio media.
