Claims (8)
- 내연 기관(2)의 배출 시스템(1)으로서,상기 내연 기관(2)이 흡입 시스템(3) 및 배출구(4)를 포함하며, 상기 배출구(4) 및 상기 흡입 시스템이 배출 가스 재순환 라인(5)을 통해 연결되고, 상기 배출 가스 재순환 라인(5) 내에 배출 가스 처리 장치(6) 및 열 교환기(7)가 형성되며, 상기 열 교환기(7)가 제1 배압을 가지고, 상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)가 상기 제1 배압 보다 낮은 제2 배압을 갖는, 내연 기관(2)의 배출 시스템(1)에 있어서,상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)는 작동하는 동안 상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)에 유입되는 가스 유동(14)이 균질화되도록 유동 방향에서 상기 열 교환기(7)의 상류로 제1 거리(8)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 거리(8)는 상기 제1 배압 및 상기 제2 배압의 효과가 축적되도록 선택되는,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열 교환기(7)의 가스 유입구 단부측(10)으로부터 상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)의 가스 유입구 단부측(11)의 제2 거리(9)는 60mm 미만, 바람직하게 45mm 미만, 특히 바람직하게 30mm 미만인,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유동 방향에서 상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)의 크기(12)는 100mm 미만, 바람직하게 50mm 미만, 특히 바람직하게 25mm 이하인,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)와 상기 열 교환기(7) 사이의 상기 제1 거리(8)는 15mm 미만, 바람직하게 10mm 미만, 특히 바람직하게 5mm 미만인,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)는 벌집형상체(7)를 포함하는,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배출 가스 처리 장치(6)는 촉매 활성 코팅, 특히 산화 촉매 코팅을 포함하는,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2 배압에 대한 상기 제1 배압의 비는 2 초과, 바람직하게는 10 초과인,내연 기관의 배출 시스템.
