Abstract

A customer reception service system of a financial organization using a touch screen type virtual paper document, a method thereof, and a recording medium for storing a computer program implementing the same are provided to provide a customer reception service and to utilize a transaction document made of the virtual paper whose transaction process is completed on the basis of a virtual paper application form filled in and provided by the customer. A method of customer reception service system of a financial organization using a touch screen type virtual paper document comprises the following several steps. A system outputs a transaction menu to a touch screen of a customer terminal arranged in a financial organization and enables a customer to select a menu and an application form via the touch screen(S12).
