Description
Claims (14)
- 수지층과 금속층을 포함하고 있는 고강도 소재의 라미네이트 시트 파우치형 전지케이스의 수납부에 전극조립체가 내장된 상태로 밀봉되어 있고, 상기 전지케이스의 측면 실링부는 굴곡 외주면을 형성하면서 그것의 단부가 상기 수납부를 향하도록 절곡되어 있는 전지셀을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 고분자 필름의 외부 피복층, 금속박의 베리어층, 및 폴리올레핀 계열의 내부 실란트층으로 구성된 라미네이트 시트로서, 베리어층의 상기 금속박은 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 외부 피복층이 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트(PEN)로 이루어져 있거나 및/또는 상기 외부 피복층의 외면에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)층이 구비되어 있으며, 6.5 kgf 이상의 침상 관통력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층은 20 ~ 150 ㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금은 합금번호 8079, 1N30, 8021, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3104 및 3105로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 피복층은 5 ~ 40 ㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 피복층의 고분자 필름은 PEN으로 구성되어 있거나, 또는 PEN으로 구성되지 않은 경우 연신 나일론 필름으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 굴곡 외주면은 수직 단면상으로 원호 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 상단에 보호회로 모듈(PCM)이 탑재되어 전지셀의 전극단자에 연결되고, 상기 PCM 상에 탑 캡이 장착되며, 상기 탑 캡은 상기 절곡된 측면 실링부의 내부공간에 대응하는 단면 형상의 하단 연장부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 PCM을 상단 실링부와 평행하도록 전지셀의 상단면에 세워서 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상단 실링부를 절곡하여 전극조립체 수납부의 전지케이스 외면에 밀착시키고 그 상단면에 상기 PCM을 눕혀 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상단 실링부와 측면 실링부가 교차하는 전지케이스의 상단 양측 모서리가 소정의 크기로 절취되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 PCM과 탑 캡은 인서트 사출성형에 의해 일체로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 상단에 PCM이 탑재되고 탑 캡이 장착된 상태에서 전지셀의 외면에 외장필름이 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 하단에 별도의 캡(하단 캡)이 추가로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
